I have several years experience working with groups, children, adolescents, adults and families who struggle with a wide variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, Mood Disorders, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Trauma/Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, emotional deregulation, Eating Disorders/eating struggles/Body Image, and anger management issues.
The evidence-based approaches I use are customized to the client's needs. We love Mrs. Laurie. We first met at my son's school when he was in kindergarten. She was the only one he would open up to and tell his feelings to. He learned calm down methods and ways to cope with how he was feeling and that made it so much easier at home and school.
