The Bluffs is a mid-sized subdivision located just on the edge of Oro Valley in Tucson. One of the highlights of this neighborhood is the homes have excellent views of the Catalina Mountains. Because the neighborhood is in Oro Valley, it is just minutes away from the great outdoor activities the town has to offer.
This neighborhood is located in Marana with easy access to the I-10. The Continental Ranch community offers many amenities such as a pool, spa, and many outdoor activities such as golfing and hiking. The neighborhood is also near great shopping and dining options. The average home is around $200,000 and has an average of 1800 square feet.
Copper Creek II is located in Oro Valley at the base of the spectacular Santa Catalina mountain range. Homes were built in a southwestern or contemporary style during the 90's. The subdivision is just northwest of Tucson and perfect for families. Within minutes is The Views Golf Club and also Oro Valley Country Club.

Greg was great to deal with. We were 4 hours away, and so it was great he did video walk thru's with us (saved a LOT of time & effort). Very thorough and knowledgeable about the Tuscon market. Another great thing is he knows people for doing needed quality work at very reasonable rates. He stayed on top of the process as we were doing a simultaneous close, which can be very stressful.
