Hard working new management at 510 Main. Laundry washers and dryers are new, and efficiently run off of "CSC" phone application instead of the old quarter fed method. Efficient package room which is keyword protected, and monitored by camera guaranteeing safe delivery, and storage of tenants packages. Friendly bunch whom run this operation with the tenants best interest in mind.

I did a tour with 510 Main St. and disclosed to them in person during the tour that my credit score was down and the reasons why. They encouraged me to apply and that I had nothing to worry about ($50 application fee). They contacted me the same day and said I was denied so I thanked them for their time. They then called me back and encouraged me… to find a co-signer (another $50 application fee) and that I would get it. I asked was she sure because I don't want to waste another $50, they assured me I would get it. They contacted me by phone the next day and told me that I was approved and

Good location but VERY overpriced for such a small space. thin walls. loud, inconsiderate neighbors (vacuuming on third floor past midnight EVERY night, loud animals, loud kids). management doesn’t address issues with noise complaints efficiently. maintenance issues are taken care of quickly, but i can’t wait until my lease is up to move out.

After discussing a month to month lease with Jessica, she told us it would be an extra 150/per month for a short term lease. After applying and not hearing back/no one answering calls for over 24 hours we finally got down to the lease terms, it then jumped up to 500 extra per month. Bait and switch via Jessica. Stay away from this complex. Save your application money.

If you want the god honest truth on this place- read my review. Don’t buy the bs from the other reviews. I’ve been here for a year and am counting down the days until my lease is up. Let’s begin at the fact that if you’re someone that works and looks forward to coming home, well you might as well drive your car to the commuter lot than drive it back to this complex. I had an excellent experience, from the moment that I walked in I felt the friendly and peaceful environment. I was treated with respect and was shown the both apartments that I wanted to view without a problem. They were very friendly and honest about it all. This complex was cool to live in up until you make a verbal agreement with the management office about a 2 month buy out and they STILL try to charge me rent after telling me I have the apartment until 12/8 (buyout was in October, a week AFTER I paid that same months rent. Meaning I paid for October, November AND December). I put so much trust in this place that I felt I didn’t need to have this agreement in writing and now I have been proven wrong. I’m disgusted and do not recommend this place to anyone any longer. In the process of hiring a lawyer so they don’t put my credit at risk. If

A really great place to live. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The apartments are clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and will help you with anything. If you ever need maintenance they are quick to respond and do an excellent job. It's in a great location with stores and restaurants very close by. Only minutes to and from New Haven. If I ever get the opportunity to live/work in the New Haven area again. I will be looking at available apartments at 510 Main Street. I highly recommend them!

Great Location, close to I-95 which is very convenient. Respectful neighbors, the neighborhood is quiet. The apartments have new appliances, clean and the area is very safe.
Also the parking, there is always a spot to park, as their are so many parking spots that there's no need for assigned parking. The repair staff and property management are fast to respond too requests.
If your looking for a great location, with great amenities look no further.

I lived here the previous 3 years. I would say the walls are paper thin but that would be insulting to some of the thicker papers out there. You can hear every single little noise, and that doesn't help when most of the residents are extremely rude. Prepare to get woken up 3-4 nights a week. Idiots run and yell through the halls at all hours. The office management doesn't do anything about it. Forget about trying to read a book on most nights. The noise never stops. You walk in your door and wonder what music you get to listen to all night. Explore other options- it's going downhill

This listing is currently filed under "511 Main" but it's "510 Main." Anyway, the apartments here aren't bad but have one of the most appallingly bad leasing offices I've ever seen. They rotate their staff through from other properties they manage, and some are great and some are awful.
If you have a 9-5 job, you're out of luck trying to get them to help you. Never mind that you're paying them $800/month, they will not break their schedule for almost anything. Asking them to stay late or come in on a Saturday is like you asked them to burn the place
