The management team, maintenance team and the concierge desk personnel are very impressive. My apartment is well appointed and very comfortable. I’ve not had any noise issues. The small maintenance issues I’ve had were addressed very quickly. The maintenance team is tip top. The lobby and elevators are kept very clean and well cared for. I’m a pet owner and the staff is very kind with the animals. Receiving packages and mail is seamless. This place is very well run. Highly recommended.

Do you want a 1-bedroom apartment with the experience of living in a 4-bedroom? Look no further than 360 State, where you can hear everything your neighbors do through the thin walls. You will soon learn what your neighbor’s favorite music is and what times the next door dog likes to start up barking. Added bonus - you can also hear when your neighbors across the hall or right above you drop things on the floor or slam their front doors shut.
It’s unfortunate the noise problems here are so bad, considering this is an outstandingly nice building with great amenities such as the pool and grassed

I lived at 360 State from 2013 - 2020 and really loved living there. I only moved out because my family needed more space/a yard. I started in a 2 bedroom unit with amazing floor to ceiling windows then moved to a 3 bedroom. Both units had beautiful views. The building is very secure and we always felt very safe living there.

Staff/Building Life - The leasing office and building staff, from the concierge to the cleaning crew, were helpful and pleasant with only a few exceptions over 7 years. I miss the convenience of submitting an e-request for repairs, painting, etc. It was so easy and

This is easily the best apartment complex I have lived at. I recently had to move from my unit at 360 in New Haven to Los Angeles for work, and hands down 360 is fantastic. The amenities are amazing (pool! gym! screening room!). The units are really well maintained and I think I only had 2 things break in my unit over the entire 3+ years I lived there, and all were fixed within 24 hours. In addition to all that (great units, great amenities, great location) one of the best parts are the people who work there. Everyone was always so kind to me, my friends, and my dog. The 24 hour front desk is an

There is no other place to live in New Haven! I loved living at 360 State street. The apartments are beautiful and the property is impeccably maintained. The entire staff, especially Karam Singh, the Assistant Manager, is helpful, friendly and go out of their way to make sure that you are well taken care of. Safe, clean, affordable with lots of wonderful amenities....it’s the best place to live in NH!

We had an amazing time at 360. The apartments are great and are in a great area. All the best pizza places are just a stone’s throw from the apartments and so is Yale and the happening downtown. The apartments are well built and maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues.
We loved our time there and will always recommend it to others.

360 State boasts of not just world class amenities to make your living easier but also of a great staff to guide you every step of the way. Very close to the Union train station and have an upscale food market right in the building. Would recommend anyone who works in and around this area to check this out.

I was a resident from October 2013 to October 2020. A great place to live and in a great location. I have nothing but great things to say about the concierge, maintenance and especially the leasing office staff. The entire 360 Team was always helpful, courteous, and provided some great community activities and events for its residents. I would encourage you to take a tour of the building if you're looking for a great place to call home!

I have lived in many apartments (VA, NYC, Boston, MD) and this is one of the best places I've stayed.
Solid amenities, attentive/responsive staff, safe facility and a solid location. I've been here a few years and plan on staying here as long as I'm renting. I have several friends that stay here and have moved here and have a similar experience.
Lots of different living options, attached garage, bike storage and some good food options just downstairs.

360 State is a great apartment building - the staff is always super helpful and friendly, concierge & leasing specifically. I love that the building hosts so many events and things, it's a really good way to meet new friends. The guest suite has come in handy for my visiting family, and there are also some really amazing views of New Haven!

One of our concierges was unfortunately sexually assaulted by a non-building resident in the lobby. We found out about this through the newspaper; our building informs us of nothing. We have been without air conditioning numerous days of the past month, and other days we're directed by management to keep our thermostats to a certain temperature to avoid over stressing the building's cooling system!

The reason I initially chose the Apartments at 360 State Street was their reputation for being a professionally maintained apartment building whose demographic includes professionals, university faculty, and families with children. Over the past 3 years, my experience here has deteriorated for my spouse and me. While we would like to start a family in the next few years, this is not a suitable environment, so we will be moving in the coming months.

Location: The location in downtown New Haven is fair to good. Newer apartment complexes have been built in the past few years that are more centrally

I lived at 360 State Street for four years, until recently moving to London and then LA. Since moving, my appreciation for the amazing job 360 does has only grown. The apartments are very modern and I had almost no issues my entire four years. The few times things did break (which will happen if you live anywhere long enough) they would fix it within 24 hours. The amenities are top notch and kept in great condition. But beyond the fantastic spaces, which you can see on a visit, what really stands out is the friendliness and helpfulness of the leasing office, concierges, and maintenance staff, especially

Best place to live in New Haven! The apartments are super beautiful, modern and perfectly clean. The grocery store is super convenient (especially in winter months). The amenities are in excellent conditions and the staff is just amazing! As a student, 360 made my life in New Haven not only simpler but very very enjoyable.

Love it!!

The amenities really bring the quality of life alive in this building. (fitness center, 24hr front desk, library, pool, lounge-in lobby, conference room).

The maintenance staff is extremely helpful in addition to punctual and professional.

The office staff is friendly and easily accessible.

The building is in a great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. You can easily access i95/91, amtrak, and metro north trains.

The one downfall is Frontier Communications, the only internet/cable provider available to the building. Though I haven't had any issues with Frontier

I lived here for 3 years from 2012 to 2015 in two different units. I had to move to a bigger one after I got married and my wife joined me. Overall it was an meh or ok experience. Very good at the beginning and slowly deteriorated till the end. I wouldn't recommend to my friends though.

- Pros:

Very nice staff especially the concierge people who takes care of packages and maintenance and etc.

Overall clean and modern building which is hard to find in New Haven.

Washer / Dryer in each unit.

Good view. I lived in 23rd and 21st floor and both of them had terrific ocean view.

Very nice

I had the pleasure of living at 360 for only a few months due to an unplanned relocation to Philadelphia, but it was one of the most enjoyable living experiences. Candidly speaking, I've moved quite a bit throughout my professional career (so I have a point of reference) and consider this to be a best in class personal living environment. I firmly believe that the price adequately aligns with the value you receive from an amenities and staff perspective. I particularly enjoyed the fresh market that is adjacent to the property. The best has to be the staff. Their attention to the customer

SUMMARY: Convenient and fun place to live; absolutely worth the price.

FULL STORY:
I lived in a 1-bedroom apartment in the 360 State building for the past two years was really happy with the experience here. I'm moving away for work and school, but I would be staying at 360 if I were staying in New Haven -- have recommended it to lots of friends.

The staff is outstanding, especially the concierge staff (Karam and Dallas!). They have always been friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I felt like I was being welcomed home every day, even before I got to my apartment.

One of the more expensive places in town, but it is worth more than what you pay. The management and staff are some of the friendliest people and are always there to help when you need it. The facilities are immaculate and convenient, the grocery store downstairs is clutch when you forgot that one ingredient, and the parking garage offers peace of mind, especially in New Haven.

I am one of the original tenants when it first opened and I have lived there for the past five years. It has been incredible to see this place grow and I can't recommend it enough. I have friends who live in other

The place is very small for what you spend. The leasing office will charge you every fee or penalty they can possible apply. That being said the building is safe and the gym and other amenities (24 hour concierge) is nice. If your not ready to drop around 2k a month for a 580 sqft apartment and parking then look elsewhere. There are definitely better values out there.

This place is really expensive, but it is hands down the best apartment in the area. It's amazingly convenient to have a grocery store downstairs. There's dry cleaning with delivery available, 24/7 concierge service, free social events and giveaways, a rooftop swimming pool, coffee and treats in the leasing office, a reasonably well equipped gym (that will save you $ on a gym membership), and incredibly professional staff. It felt like I was living in a hotel at times. Alas, it is no longer financially feasible for me to keep living here, but if you can afford to, I fully recommend it

I am a resident at 360 State in downtown New Haven. LAZ is the contracted parking contractor. Over the past three years of my residence here I've had numerous issues with the number of employees that work as attendants in the garage as well as the regional manager for the parking system in the area.

Feel free to contact me if you'd like exact descriptions of my issues. I feel detailing them would make this way too tedious to read. There are other places to park in New Haven and I would suggest finding them.

I moved in not too long ago, and I must say I'm quite happy with choosing to live here. Admittedly, the rent is higher than other options in the area. But the list of amenities is simply unbeatable. Washer & dryer in each unit? Check. Shiny new appliances? Check. Convenient yet pricey organic coop market next to your lobby? Lol check again. 24 hour safe indoor garage? Triple check! (This was actually the hardest to find in downtown New Haven, and a major factor in my decision tree.)

The 6th floor pool, park, and bbq area is a great spot in the summer. Entry is by keyless fob, so your
