We have an extensive network of qualified providers for child, adolescent, adult and geriatric behavioral services. BHP Intake Coordinators will assist in scheduling the first appointment for members and patients of contracted payers and clinics. For members and patients who are not contracted, BHP Intake Coordinators will direct you to the correct service or agency.
Behavioral Healthcare Providers (BHP) provides a robust, comprehensive provider network that is continually evaluated and enhanced to provide superior member satisfaction. All licensed professionals are credentialed by M Health Fairview Systems Credentialing Office (FSCO) according to National Committee Quality Assurance (NCQA) guidelines.
NCQA Managed Behavioral Healthcare Organization (MBHO) Accreditation demonstrates to health plans, employers, regulators and consumers that an organization follows evidence-based practices for providing high-quality care, access and consumer protections. Complex case management, a challenge for managed care initiatives where complex cases are common.
BHP has developed a secure, web based scheduling system that allows BHP contracted providers, supervised providers and programs to offer appointment times to individuals. Your Administrative Assistant is able to help manage your appointment offerings. Please have them submit a Systems Access Form to gain access to your profile and help manage your account and appointments.

Former contractor here. This was a very corporate feeling nonprofit. They provided much needed services to the community. Pay for many positions was better than average. Unfortunately, those who delegated responsibilities spread resources thinly, while doing a poor job of communicating roles and responsibilities to contractors and employees. There was a pervasive culture of secrecy, mistrust, and risk management. Most decisions were discussed and made within a small circle of trust. The highest administrator lacked visibility and connection with staff. Other top administrators did not have or employ
