The Dental Wellness Centers are located in San Antonio at 8237 Fredricksburg and Boerne at 806 North Main. The San Antonio office is located between Wurzach and Medical near the Medical Center in the Seville Office Center. Our Boerne office is located in a quaint early 1940's home that has been remodeled and updated.

We accept most Dental Insurance plans and as a courtesy we will take care of all the paperwork and headache for you. Convenient Payment Options- We accept most major insurances but would like for you to know ahead of time that your insurance company has a contract with you and NOT our office so it is greatly appreciated if you speak with them before your 1st visit with us.
We welcome all patients to our office with a complete New Patient examination and a subsequent hygiene visit. These are scheduled for you at the time of your initial call to our office. After your initial contact with our office, please access the forms below and fill out the new patient forms. Upon finishing these forms, please submit them to our office by fax 210-696-2738 or email prior to your first visit.

Extremely poor customer service.
I called the office to schedule a new patient appointment; I received voicemail and left a message. After not hearing from them for several days I called back and left a second message. I then went to their website and saw where I could schedule online, so I attempted that, no reply. I called again and recording directed me to a number I could text. I sent a text. The person on the other end stated they were at home and not in the office so they would get back to me once in office and their online scheduling was not being monitored....then why have it listed on

Went in with a seriously bad tooth that needed to be extracted and was out feeling much better within 2hrs. I really appreciated how thorough they were on doing everything right for my health while being efficient. Didn't feel any pain during the procedure until the end when my tooth was finally coming out but just a little. It was very manageable pain and I felt fine. Everyone including the receptionist were very experienced, knowledgeable, informative, and kind. I felt comfortable the whole time and would definitely go back for any future dental treatments.

Hadn't been to the dentist in 2-3 years. The staff made me comfortable, cleaning was thorough yet efficient. The dentist and hygienist gave me information on my teeth I had never heard in my 30 years of life. Website was a bit of a deterrent as it seems dated, but I'm glad I went regardless. Equipment was clean and in good condition. Building is older but didn't impact my experience.

This is the best place I have ever been to for dental work in my 50 years of life. Everyone that works there is so sweet and caring and all were open to questions. Every person no matter what the position was very knowledgable and personable, and they all seemed to get along nicely and respected one another. They would show me anything I asked to see, were patient with my questions, and would sit and talk with me until I ran out of things to ask. They explained everything in detail, asked me questions too to understand my needs and my health and made sure I was ok and agreed before they began

Holy cow...best dental experience I have EVER HAD! I don't just hand out 5 stars like candy, so this place is good. I finally had insurance after years of not being able to afford dental and prior to this I had the same dentist for 20 years followed by a litany of military dentists (who didn't even care).
