The community and the upgraded interiors were very nice. As I waited for my leasing agent, the other agent informed me the unit I wanted actually lowered in price from $1071 to $1061, which was good news. However, someone finished their application for this apartment before I completed mine. I spoke with the office and they told me they had another unit available; same floorplan and upgraded. They had me complete my application online and told me to "select any apartment and then they would switch it once I completed it". Worst apartment complex in the valley by far. Take your money to timber top across the street for half the price. Parking is a HUGE problem. They have more residents than parking spots in some areas of the complex causing this issue. The review that mentions Emily is a great property manager is probably herself. The property manager lives at cascade and gets reduced rent, so she is severely biased towards her workplace. They play games out of spite when you complain, as well. 976 dollars for nothing but trouble and some nights having to park at the clubhouse because they fail to provide sufficient

I have lived here for years and the office staff and maintenance is great Emily is the best property manager that this place can have she has turned around the complex the past managers did not care about the property like Emily does
The one star reviews on here does not mean that this is a bad place it is just people mad about getting towed due to them parking where they are not supposed to like handicap parking spots and no parking zones like the people think that they are entitled to park where they want if you were in a wheelchair and someone parked in front of the entrance for you to get

Maintenance is horrible and never timely. Used the pandemic as an excuse to not take care of issues that were requested months in advance. like my dryer and mold issues had to replace my own appliances and call… vendors to maintain my apartment. they raised my rent again even though the complex grounds aren't maintained, there has been trash outside our building for months now that animals had spread it across the lawn. the roads are horrible and busted open. the bees in front of our building come back every year for the last 4 years and im sure they will be out front again this summer.

I was going to sign a lease with this apartment because my co-worker recommended it. After finding out that they’re trying to scam him out of $1,700. They gave him incorrect information about what he had to do to move out bc no one there is on the same page. DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE. I’m glad I found out about this place before I signed a lease & got scammed out of a thousand dollars.

I was a resident of cascade falls apartment for 2 years. I can say initially moving in as during beginning my first year of rental at this property it was okay. I didn't have many issues until the spring after resigning my lease for a second year on this property. Someone broke into my car and stole my wallet, & attempted to send themselves money via cash app! After this someone broke into my neighbors vehicle and stole her wallet, and her back pack which was hidden in her back hatch! They literally broke her window to enter her vehicle. I have a "circus" living above me with a little domestic violence added. I have made several attempts to the office and basically was told by management that there is nothing they can and will do about it. Apartments are nice but not when you can enjoy them. Zero peace and quiet! Only live on a top floor of you are looking into renting here!

I lived there for 2 years...had a bad smell in my apartment, I suspected mold or someone had smoked in it before. Management could’ve cared less, I addressed this on multiple occasions with no result. One time… I waited for a month for my dryer to get fixed. My car has gotten dented in the parking lot due to other residents throwing balls all over the place. Management— again no help. No one ever returns your call from the office and I felt like I was a burden to them by living there. They only would talk to you if you made a point to visit the office in person. Also, I believe

This apartment complex has gone down hill in years. Kids are loud. They play in the halls, run and knock on your doors only to run away, leave their bikes, furniture and trash in halls. They should be inside or down at the playground. Not running and playing in hallways and near the cars.

I have lived here for over 3 years. Yearly my rent goes higher and higher. I started a little over 800 and now to renew my lease it will go up to 945. My car has been broken into three times, I have had mold, leaking, maintenance doesn't until you 1-3 weeks later, neighbors leaving dog on patio (barking, urine dripping down to my porch). I don't feel like packing up my family and moving again, that is why I have stayed so long but I refuse to pay gas, electric, water and 945 for rent. You would think they would reward tenants for resigning their lease not punish them. Do NOT do it,

The management at Cascade Falls Apartments is amazing. Yesterday after work, I walked around to the front office to ask if anyone had jumper cables to try and jump my car. Unfortunately, no one did. 15 minutes later I hear a knock on my door. It's one of the building managers that took the time to go home and find theirs. He spent well over 20 minutes helping me jump my car so I could get it to the dealership. Thank so much, you have NO idea how grateful I am.

If you want a cheap place that has walls & a roof over your head than this is the place for you. If you value customer service & a standard of living this place is horrible. Cabinets aren’t even put together… correctly, the walls haven’t been painted over, no one from the office returns your phone calls nor rarely answers. The pool is either never open or they have an excuse why it is closed. Maintaince takes their good ole time to attend to any issue even if it means having no water, and fixing the issue to them simply means covering it up for the time being. Trash is

Such a mistake we were told there was parking when in reality we have to walk a half mile / mile to get to our apartment because there is no spots there is no outside lighting and the pool is always closed during the summer also when we had a issue with our toilet it took over 2 weeks for them to come .

Hmmm... Where do I begin? I haven't lived here as long as some (avg 7 years) and I'm not as new as though who have applied under our new management/owners Beztak. I have a lot of opinions, but opinions don't pay rent or explain to researchers exactly what it's like to live here. So I will put my life on a brief pause to finally leave a review...
