Unless your vehicle requires premium gasoline, filling up your vehicle with high-octane gas is a waste of money. The premium gas doesn't boost your gas mileage or performance. If you're not sure what grade works best for your vehicle, your owner's manual will tell you. You can also ask your mechanic what grade to use.

I have been using Kaiser Auto in La Porte for years and they take excellent care of my 2009 Scion. The staff is friendly and there is a very comfortable waiting area with coffee and snacks, comfortable seating, and a television. I believe their prices are fair and they stand behind their work. Which is why I stand behind them.

Kaiser is by far the best place I have ever taken my cars to get repaired! They have went above and beyond to make sure that my cars were properly taken care of, even making calls to a major company to check warranties so I wouldn't have to pay extra for a repair. Their customer service is impeccable, everytime I go in I feel comfortable and welcomed. I will never take my cars anywhere else!

My husband and I are very pleased with the work done by Kaiser auto.
We have a heavily modified Evo that is my husbands pride and joy. After about a month of reading reviews on various shops in NWI we decided on Kaiser auto based on all of the positive feedback they have.
The car needed the gas tank replaced along with replacing the rear axles while the old ones were already out.
The mechanic had the job done quicker than expected; i did have to order more parts due to being an older car with discontinued parts. They were very understanding about the wait time for said parts.

I would not recommend this auto shop to anyone for other then basic maintenance. They charge a higher labor cost to cover the cost of there “high end” Nappa parts that they bait you in with saying comes with there bogus warranty. You should have the option whether you want to pay for the warranty or not. Not just jack up your hourly labor cost to dealership prices. They then nickel and dime you for every little thing needed. $820 for an alternator. That’s highway robbery. $100 for a battery diagnostic… which you can get checked at autozone for free.

I personally wouldn't take my car anywhere else for service. I felt very safe taking my car out of town for the weekend. I do have more stuff that needs to be done, which we are all aware of. Excellent business.
