Rosy Home Health is a great place. My grandfather loves this agency and especially Mrs. Brenda. This lady was God sent to us and shared agencies that would accommodate my Grandfather's needs. She also provided him with excellent staffing. This lady is always willing to lend a helping hand. I just want her to rest. Her heart is so big, she tries to help everyone . Special Angel from God.

Due to an accident in my moms home town she had to go stay with my sister in Austin. ROSY'S HOME HEALTH CARE was quick to put her on service and was very good to her. The staff was very polite and efficient. The visits were continuous with what doctor ordered and we were very pleased. Thanks to all the Staff of ROSY'S HOME HEALTH CARE. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

I called to asked a simple question for a friend. How much is the pay for employment. The lady behind the phone, Rose Mary started off sounding very frustrated. She proceeded to tell me that was not her department. I ask to be transferred to that department. She told me they were very busy. I understand, but I would still like to be transferred, even if there is a long wait time. She then got upset and yelled at me that she would not transfer me, they are to busy handing out over 400 checks and she would not waist her time on my stupid question. I then asked her to let me speak to her manager.

PLEASE BEWARE!!..... apparently my clients insurance changed on May 31st, 2013. I continued to work and be" paid" for my services. It was like pulling teeth to get my paycheck. They continued to lie and say it was in the mail. I finally had to state I was going to the authorities, Rosy then magically produced and threw a check at me that I had waited for for over two weeks. I continued to care for my client. I received two more checks and continued to receive time cards. In August I did not receive a check for the first two weeks of the month. I could get no one to return my calls and
