It was a very difficult process from the start when I was working with Supero Health with multiple unanswered phone calls and emails, some confusion as far as at what stage my application was in the process with several insurance carriers.
However, towards the end the company owner went out of his way to try to make things right, since it sounds like he was not aware of my frustration. It really showed that he truly cares about the level of customer service they provide.

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Supero Healthcare Solutions. It took a long time for me to get credentialed with Medicare and other insurances. I had to call Medicare and other insurances myself to find out what is going on with my credentialing because nothing was getting done by Supero. I was the one who called Medicare and got Medicare credential me. If I did not call Medicare to follow up on my credentialing status, I would still be waiting to get credential because Supero was not doing anything. My credentialing specialist did not seem to know what she is doing and

They were there to do all the hard work getting us insured across 10+ insurance companies (all the ones we needed and a few more!). They were extremely quick to respond to our questions, and helped us through every step of the journey. There is absolutely no way we could have figured this out by myself - it would have taken double or triple the amount of time. I definitely recommend their service, it was great value for money.

As a pediatrician opening my own medical clinic, I needed credentialing and contracting with insurance companies as fast as possible.
