Highly dissatisfied! First visit was great but the ending result, highly disappointed!! I was scheduled for surgery two times and neither time did the office reach out to me to discuss surgery dates. I had an appointment to get diagnosed for PCOS. Once I arrive, I’m told that I have to pay $300 to be seen because my deductible had not been met. This is my first experience with a doctor’s office trying to bill me for the total visit on the day of the visit. Usually, I would pay the copay and receive a bill for the remainder but not this place. To make things worse, they claim they called my number to advise me of the $300 but my phone was busy. I know for a fact that is a lie because they didn’t even update my phone number to the new number when I advised them that it had changed. And

I have had the worst experience with this office! The front office never answers the phone, I had to go into the office in order to schedule an appt. (I thought it would be a good practice based upon Google reviews, but they are obviously paid reviews) . When I arrived, I was informed I could not make an appt in person. The front office later called me that day to schedule. I was scheduled with a Nurse, had to pay my copay for a lab visit. The nurse did NOTHING!!! My name was spelled incorrectly in my paperwork even though I provided my DL and Insurance Card. The nurse also called me by the wrong

Dr. Charis Trench-Simmons. This visit was definitely an improvement from my last visit with her. From her friendly, calm demeanor, attentiveness, pleasant bedside side manner( I really appreciate the fact that she took the time to listen to and acknowledged my concerns), to her friendly, courteous, customer-oriented and very professional staff, I would say that I was pleased with my visit. Let's keep up the great work PH OBGYN.

Dr. Charis Simmons was very personable, friendly also very informative and detailed.My first visit was very impressive. She took very good care of me. The entire staff was great!!
