Matthew is by far the best!!!!! He kept me updated with listings and is a great communicator. We were able to secure a home for myself because he stayed on top of the situation. Houses have been taken the same day that they are listed which was the case with myself. I missed out on 2 with another realtor but not with Matthew. I am so grateful that my friend recommended him!
