WOW!! Has to be the most unprofessional act of business I have ever witnessed!!!! For a place that is suppose to deal in compassion and sympathy, what I witnessed today only proves that this place is all about the MONEY!! Started almost 30 minutes late and then was herded thru the service like cattle. Actually seen Johanna ( General Manager) slap the hands and push the husband of one of the granddaughters today because the granddaughter wouldn't get in line for the final viewing fast enough. Lucky this place isn't being sued!! I witnessed this and would gladly testify under oath if needed!!!! Bury

Beyond amazing experience. If I could rate this place more than 5 stars I would. The group of people working at this facility are truly amazing. They went above and beyond to make me feel like my family and I were apart of their family. Never felt rushed, never felt like I was put on the back burner. The service went amazing, couldn’t have asked for anything better. Honestly would recommend this establishment to anyone!

Compean Funeral Home in Rosenberg, Texas did the funeral services for my brother in-law Mark Hafner on May 1, 2017. This funeral home did such a great job. The viewing and funeral services were done in such a professional manner. The service was timely and the staff is very courteous and professional. Also, Compean Funeral home did the services for my sister and husband. In my opinion, they are the best funeral home in Fort Bend County and the surrounding area. I entrusted the love of my life to them and I cannot put into words how wonderful of a job they did for myself and my family. These people

I am posting this negative review not so much to hurt you, Johana Compean, or your business, but so other families are not feeling like they were taken advantage of by you like my family is feeling right now.
By far one of the worst experiences ever. One would expect people in this industry, since they are required to have a license for this type service, to know funeral services are a onetime opportunity.
