In response to Ms. Ayala we at Hernandez Funeral Home have started upgrading our facility. I am not understanding why people have to be so negative towards us. As for empathy I am not what she meant. Now if people get upset about why we are still having a limit during services we are just being careful.

Was very unpleasant to have to deal with a big passing but when they didnt allow her granddaughter, grandson, and great-grand kids which are all teens where not allowed to walk back in let alone mention we had family from hours away and they would not allow us inside and wanted us to wait outside for 3 hours!!!!This was all before Covid too, they are in it for money and do not feel a damn thing or care to help the family out, worst place. Also they threw away flowers that where sent.

making me feel so welcome being there of course
it was a sad moment but being at the Hernandez
funeral home they have made me feel so
comfortable and pleased by going to them for
their service, this is why I'm rating it five stars
