The basic Military Funeral Honors (MFH) ceremony consists of the folding and presentation of the United States flag to the veterans' family and the playing of Taps. The ceremony is performed by a funeral honors detail consisting of at least two members of the Armed Forces. The Funeral Honors rendered to you or your veteran will be determined by the status of the veteran.

Clay’s Mortuary did an exceptional job in helping us with the final arrangements for my wife. From the initial contact through the funeral service and cremation, the entire staff was very helpful with all planning and completion of the event. Moreover they always gave us personal attention in dealing with the grief of the loss of our loved one. We are so thankful for their kindness, professionalism, compassion and support.

Burying a loved one is never easy but Elizabeth, Errol and their entire staff made it so easy. They were EXTREMELY professional from beginning to end and kept in touch with me to see how I was doing even after my father was laid to rest. So glad I found them on google. They exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend them. They were even available on a Sunday.

I worked at a funeral home for six months and had a unique understanding of what the other side of this looked like. When my mother passed away three weeks ago, I knew exactly how I wanted it to be handled. I am so grateful to say that my high expectations were not only met, but exceeded by Mr. Errol and his staff. Wow! What a lovely couple to be served by at one of life's most challenging times? Errol was very very kind to my family as we worked through the process from start to finish. I can’t even begin to express my appreciation for this family. They were there for me on the worst day of my life. They made the decisions easier for me. They are incredibly fair, kind, and have the biggest hearts. They treat you like family. They explain everything to you and make sure that you are fully aware of everything before you leave. No one wants to make these decisions but I can promise you they will take care of you and make you feel comfortable with no pressure at all. I have never seen customer service like the service this family provides. It is personal for them.

If your looking for a business to assist you with the Funeral Services of your loved ones... Call Mr Clay... we braced ourselves for the prices. We braced ourselves for the Quality of Professionalism that we would receive... Much to our dismay... Mr. Clay was overly Professional... Adequately knowledgeable.. and able to customize the fit for our family’s exact wishes... And of course there was no need to brace ourselves for the price after all because there was no sticker shock! And we really appreciated this!!

I am so grateful for Clay's Mortuary & Cremations. They took charge of the arrangements for my mom after another establishment didn't work for us. The Clays are wonderful people, and offered a variety of options to accommodate our needs. Most importantly, they gave my mom the dignity and respect that she deserved. The makeup and presentation of my… mother was flawless! Her casket was beautiful, the floral spray was exquisite, and the service was impeccable! Mr. Clay is such kind and genuine person - I can't begin to say how nice he has been throughout this time of loss (My Mom passed away June 29th). I had most of the paperwork in place, and it was a simple… process with Mr. Clay's guidance. When the time came for my Mom, Mr. Clay was there to help us through it, explain everything clearly, and pray with us. He is so proud of his beautiful family, too - just a very nice man through and through.
