You're never too out of shape to get started. Your custom workout program is designed for YOU - it will match your goals, take into consideration any limitations, and is adjustable to what your body can handle. We realize everyone has a different starting point - and our goal is to support you so you feel comfortable.

You will feel welcome and comfortable the minute you walk through the doors. Studios are comprised of a small number of individual fully- equipped private workout suites so you and your personal trainer can devote all attention and energy to your workout. Fitness Together studios are made up of individual private training suites that are fully equipped with state of the art equipment.

Best decision ever! I started fitness together in October 2020 and have loved every minute! I decided to do personal training because I wanted to lose weight and was tired of not doing anything about it. I needed someone to tell me what to do because I had no clue how to reach my fitness goals. Fitness together set me up for success! I would discuss my goals with my trainer and reassess every 3 months which entailed a fitness assessment and weigh in. They have a styku which is super cool and essentially measures your whole body so you can see your progress. It also measures your different weights

The trainers are great! They will challenge you with workout plans that change every 6 weeks. The hours are extremely flexible and I never have a problem scheduling a session despite my hectic work schedule. The training sessions take place in semi-private rooms, which I really like. They also have a couple cardio machines that I usually use before or after my training session. I have never had an issue with equipment availability.

Been going here for ~2 years now. The trainers are all solid and work closely in 1:1 sessions to ensure proper form and desired progression towards goals.

I love these guys. 5 years after having my son I had done a very nice job of destroying my body. In less than a year, I've lost 10 pounds (that's significant for me), plus I've got some awesome muscles too!
I could not have done this at one of those snap fitness type places. If I don't show up for my workouts at FT, my trainers (who know me by name) call me to find out why I didn't show.
They also help me with my nutrition. I'm not dieting. Instead, they're helping me to make significant life changes (not dieting) to how I perceive food, how often I eat
