When purchasing printed materials, we offer a few select options on our most popular products. If the customer needs additional options or other materials, the order must be phoned in (773)800-9874. Once the customer has placed an order and payment is received, the company will contact you with 4-6 hours for confirmation & proofs if needed.

Very bad customer service, I paid for an unfinished job! I was told he got tired so that’s why he didn’t do what he was paid to do! so I picked up a unfinished product!! very rude I will never go back or recommend anyone to this unprofessional place. This is why I would rather take my business elsewhere, trying to support black owned business with a rude & unprofessional service is a complete no no!

Friendly and extremely helpful staff make for a great experience. The owner is always ready to put out the best of the best and help others do the same.
They are also the owner of the product CottonSubs - which can be used to sublimate on dark and cotton garments, making the possibilities endless.

I love Cotton Subs. He invested a lot of time putting together a lot of tutorials, and if you follow them you will love the product. It was different from what i was expecting at first but it is great once you get used to it. I really like using them for men because I can just do a box design on a black shirt.

I was hesitant at first to try the cotton sub sheets so I ordered the 10 pieces. First I liked the confirmation process and the updates. That alleviated so much of my concern. The shipping was FAST! My order was exact. The instructions were plain and easy to follow. The product produced the expected results. This will be a nice addition to my apparel production, especially for those who supply their own cotton shirts. I have a white toner printer and will probably use the CottonSubs for those with low budgets.
