F.I.R.S.T. is an unique organization, one of the first of its kind founded by independent restaurateurs in the country! In 1993 a small group of independent South Towns restaurant owners met to find an effective way to give something back to their communities. Their goal was to assist neighbors, the people who have contributed to the success of their restaurants over the years.
