My wife and I fell in love at Julie's 11 years ago so it's a favorite restaurant of ours and we go frequently. This time will be one that I will always remember because of our AMAZING waitress AUTUMN S. She was very polite and attentive, but not pushy, she was an absolute delight and deserves a raise. This evening my wife had a cheese calzone w alfredo sauce on the side and I had an Eppie w Julie's traditional red sauce and both as were absolutely amazing. The food is always hot, fresh, fast, and priced very fair. Julie's is definitely the whole package can't wait to go back as always!!!

As a worker, I was treated with constant disrespect, often managers lack of communication fell upon my shoulders. I had to leave for medical care of my father, was told to come back in and talk to owner, and treated with blatant disrespect by front staff and manager, acted like I was never told to come back. Witness many times pans of dough hitting floor, being picked back up and stacked. Minimal dish washing equipment. Mostly teenagers with little to no training washing dishes/prepping food.Cigarettes are openly smoked in the back of the restaurant during day, in all of restaurant after hours

We have tried this place several times and this is definitely the last time we will give it a try. My food was cold (French fries and chicken strips) and overcooked and my husbands rare hamburger was burnt. Took forever to get to us which I could be OK with if it had been super busy. There were a few tables of people but not enough to warrant the long wait. We won't be back. The waitress was nice though. That is what the one star was for. We are usually pretty forgiving but this was a waste of money and time.

Terrible experience, I will never order from here again which is unfortunate considering I grew up here and have enjoyed Julie’s for many years even when returning for a visit. If I could have given zero stars I would have. The owner was tending the front area and could not have been more rude. He did not make an acknowledgement upon my entry to the pick-up area for over two minutes, when he did, he asked for the name on the order and when provided one he kept asking for a name getting more frustrated and annoyed at my answer. I gave him my order to which he rolled his eyes and found the name

It was delicious. The dough preparation with the oil slather was odd . It seemed efficient for the baking process, but , moves the pizza another step away from "western NY" style, pizza . The sub could have been wrapped tighter for that steamy , drippy, goodness but , still delicious . Best pizza i. Spingville.

Well never go here went there and my girlfriend at the time was feeling well so we left and we didn't leave a tip kinda in a hurry to get her home so we were followed out and asked why there was no tip first off we also waiting 15 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there waitress was very short with us like it was a bother we were there and to be followed out and asked why no tip is not professional at all in my opinion and the meal was felt like it was nuked not fresh disgusting place to go

I was pleasantly surprised by all aspects of this restaurant. We were returning from Wellsville with a very picky eater. The night before, I was online desperately trying to find a place where are this individual could find something to eat. I had had an establishment in mind but found out that they were closed this particular day.
First off I was impressed with the restaurant's atmosphere. The place was clean and tastefully decorated for a pizzeria/restaurant. The menu was diverse, and the service was excellent.
One got fresh bread, their dinner entree. We ordered salads which had a nice variety

We tried this place for the first time last night. The waitress was so friendly, the pizza was delicious and fresh, and the atmosphere was nice. What else could you want? We ordered two pizzas, a pepperoni pizza and a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza. Everyone loved their meal and the prices were reasonable- we will definitely visit here again.

This place is wonderful!! Can't say enough about how great the food was - especially the gluten free! Had GF shrimp Alfredo, my husband had the GF chicken parm. Both were excellent! Homemade Alfredo sauce.....hard to find and it was great. Our friends who are not GF raved about their meals as well. Highly recommend!

Well, i have been here a few times. Usually it is just okay. Last time though, I was quite surprised at the quality, rather, the lack of it. In Western New York, a Friday fish fry is a tradition. Julie's was bad. Very bad. A fish fry is a big slap of battered haddock, cole slaw, macaroni salad, fries and a roll. Julie's: a small piece of tough overcooked fish and a handfull of fries. Pathetic. This cost about $13. I can get a wonderful fish fry at a restaurant down the street for $9-$10. We also had a stromboli. Italian right? Should be good. Overcooked to a hard crust, doughy

Oh my goodness! A little gold mine in SPRINGVILLE, NY! I've traveled all over....this little place... absolutely lovely! Try the pasta penne, lasagna, and Aegean pasta! Perfection! Meatballs are delicious! Cannoli pie FABULOUS! Prices are incredibly reasonable. UNCLE JULIE.... your legacy is most appreciated! taking home more food to the family, we will be back!

I went here with two coworkers for lunch. We were given a recommendation to go here from someone who was more familiar with good lunch places to go to in Springville.
I tried the Almond Tuna Sandwich. It was a delicious and unique take on a typical tuna melt. I loved it! Our table also tried an order of their B.G sticks and those were good too.
The service was excellent and we were taken care of in a timely fashion knowing that we were only on a lunch break.
I would definitely go here again for lunch or dinner.
