I am so pleased to say that I recently worked with Barb at Preferred Properties to both sell my home and buy a multi family property in Burlington Vermont. She was amazing and handled so many curve balls due to Covid (such as Appraisers not being able to enter the home or fire marshals not being able to inspect) with grace and success. I still can't believe she made it all work! Barb and her team helped us purchase a home in 2014 and 2018. She sold our first home and my fathers home after he passed. They are an incredible team and put all they have into finding you the perfect house for you, and walking you through the entire process. We bought our first house with Preferred Properties several years ago, and then just sold the house. Barb Trousdale and the entire staff at Preferred Properties were absolutely outstanding, with superb customer service and provided great support. We had a very rocky sale of our home due to issues with the buyer's financing and a couple other issues, and Preferred Properties helped us navigate through the issues in a truly professional manner. I'll make an extremely long story short. I am trying to buy a house that this agency has and they are making it a nightmare. This has dragged out for months now, and it just came to be know that they are purposely dragging this out because they "are coming up on the buying season and might get a better offer"!
