The apartment was not ready when I moved in. They could not give me working keys until 2 full days after I moved in. I handed the leasing office a long list of broken things that needed to be fixed. At least 3 times I’ve gone back to the office to follow up, and they always say they’re going to send someone. After a month, maintenance came only once and fixed a couple minor things, but they won’t keep showing up to address the many other problems unless I remind them constantly. This apartment community used to actually be nice until Solomon purchased it in 2015. Ever since then, it has gone down hill steadily. It is evident that all Solomon cares about is squeezing every last cent out of this property. They did some very modest upgrades to the exterior of the building which was just throwing up the cheapest siding you can purchase that now is falling down in several places. The apartments were remodeled with cheap finishes and looked ok briefly but do not hold up to the revolving door of tenants that move in and out of this place. It's the only apartment complex in the

The name is loud, but in fact the complex is a real dump, although the area is very nice. look for an apartment elsewhere. we lived for almost a whole year, the apartments are in a terrible state, the air conditioners do not cool the room, and in winter they are extremely cold, the bathrooms will need to be renovated, everything is very old, unpainted, cracked, and flows everywhere. For 3 months I said that we had a problem with a leak in the bathroom, they came and looked, and that's all, but they did not fix the problem, then they removed the ceiling and left the bathroom without a ceiling, lived

The apartment was not ready for move in. They had to fix water damage and our move in date was pushed by 1 week three times and all notices were days before we had to move in. I wish they would have provided more time and realistic move in dates. The apartment was disgustingly dirty from putting up dry wall and from previous renters. The kitchen was especially filled with grim and dirt on the walls and appliances. We had to clean for 2 hours before we were able to move in furniture. The floors looked white from all the dust. The staff however were all very nice and I just wish we had a better move

I would give this place zero stars if I could. We were there for less than three days, slept there for one night and they still kept our rent money. Had the nerve to tell us that the place wasn’t unlivable and that they were doing us a favor for letting us out of our lease. The photos below are from the night we moved in. We got engaged the day after and decided to get an Airbnb in the city rather than go back to this place. DO NOT DO IT.

I really wish I didn’t have to give this place even a one-star review. They deserve zero! Horrible service; it is truly amazing this place is still up and running with tenants.
The leasing office is impossible to get through to, and without fail, always give you misleading and incorrect information! Nobody is ever in the office to answer the phones, even at normal business hours. They do NOT return emails, so good luck trying to reach them.
Make sure you have a firm decision on whether or not you want to renew your lease because even if you do not wish to, they automatically do it for you with

It's nearly impossible to get maintenance to actually do anything unless it's an emergency. The leasing office staff are either lazy, incompetent, or both.
My apartment was not cleaned at all before move in and it was beyond disgusting. I've had constant maintenance issues from the day I moved here in July. There's also mold in the building(s) that they've known about for a long time and simply don't fix.

Maintenance could be a lot better. The few men I've met don't seem to have enough or any training. Kind of noisy when it rains due to the rain pounding against the outside mount air conditioner unit. Very drafty apartment. You can hear people walking, watching t.v. and private affairs through the floors. If I knew there would be pets above me, I may have not taken the unit. The building carries a lot of sound through the floors

Location is great. layout of the apartment is really nice. The staff are friendly. But this property is clearly way too large for management and maintenance to keep up with. The maintenance staff are either very rushed or just don't know how to do construction but the quality of their work is very poor. The standard for cleanliness of a move-in ready apartment is also very low. I had to put a lot of time and effort into cleaning kitchen, bathrooms, and carpet to be livable for me.
