Want shady landlords who cant keep track of bookeeping? Sure you do! Well send you a late fee even though you already paid your rent!

I wasn't impressed with the apartments, the property itself and the way it was advertised was not what I expected when I got there. When I got there I saw some place that was a little rough and it wasn't what I was expecting from what was advertised I was a little disappointed because the pictures of the apartments were awesome it was very disappointing.

They are horrible....we have not had hot water since we moved in over almost 2 months ago, they will not fix it and expect full rent next month again....I don't think so....BEWARE!!!

I love these apartments. It is nice and quiet. Maintenance team is awesome as well. I really enjoy living here. I know it does look a bit older from the outside but actually the interior remodeled units are completely refurbished and gorgeous with all new of everything including even stainless appliances

My sister had to break her lease here because they allowed a leak to go on coming from under her daughter's foot which caused black mold to grow and my sister's kids had to have special medicine to get rid of what the mold caused them and they allowed a giant ant pile to form behind the wall and then threatened to fire the maintenance man for actually fixing the problem! Sorry these people are! Just sorry management

I lived here for 2.5 years and had the greatest experience with everything and everyone. Staff is super sweet (and friendly) and every request I ever made was promptly attended to. Truly the perfect place to call home.

If you need an apartment and you don't have a lot of $$$...this is the place for you. You can get an updated apartment for cheap. The area of sulphur springs it is in is considered the "ghetto". I heard horrible things before I moved here. However, I don't understand why I heard so many bad things. My neighbors are nice and quite. I haven't had anything that would be considered "ghetto" happen. I am from the Dallas area and it is "NEVER" nice and quite in the ghetto and the neighbors don't look out for one another. I consider this place a decent place to live so far.

It could definitely be worse, but it took my friend over a week to get his AC fixed. In the 2 apartments I have seen everything else worked and had fresh paint and new flooring in one. Bottom line is that they are old, and there are a lot of rumors of pest problems.

Just got to deal with the people but it's pretty good. Maintenance is fast also.
