This place was different when I moved here Jan 2016. Since change of ownership in Nov 2017, I feel like conditions fail to meet acceptable standards. Maintenance requests made Dec 2017 still haven't been addressed; the most frustrating is my stove, which I'm unable to use because it has an electrical issue (at times the power is so weak I can't melt butter, but one time it surged enough to somehow melt a sauce pan full of water and uncooked rice). There's essentially no maintenance staff anymore, from what I can tell. My air conditioner has been getting worse for years, and I'm told "it's too hot
