Lived at Village Creek for 6 years and went through three different management teams. Kiona and the current management team have been there for 3-4 years and are wonderful! In my opinion, these are the best apartments in Commerce. Very friendly and timely with resolving problems. Quiet community. Everything is well-maintained, even the pool which is great! Definitely would recommend.

KIONA IS THE BEST OFFICE MANAGER EVER!!
She helped me get approved and move in in a VERY short notice! Maintenance came through and put a ceiling fan in the bedroom although he didn’t have to along with fixing anything else we needed with no problem. OUR NEIGHBORS are awesome. Everyone minds their business and very friendly. We have WiFi, b-ball, and a pool along with decoration contest, donuts every week, and much more. Pay a little more in rent than other apartments and you won’t regret it!! No bugs, not ran by slumlords like other commerce apartments and management will be MISSED LIKE CRAZY

Village Creek was a fantastic place to live. The property manager and her team truly care about their tenants. They make sure to check in with your apartment, keep the complex looking nice, and to quickly handle any concerns of yours that may come up. Kiona and Jose were delightful to rent from. The place definitely felt like home!

I have lived here now for the last 6 months and I love the place. As an international student moving out to the US Can be quite daunting but the guys at Village Creek have made my transition an easy one. They’re always helpful and always go the extra mile. The facilities in the complex and the apartments are brilliant and they always seem to be improving the place in some capacity everyday. Plus, they have free coffee (thanks Kiona). I’d highly recommend Village Creek to anyone moving to the area because it’s a reasonable priced, fantastic complex

My girlfriend and I enjoy living here, we have just renewed our lease again. Staff is friendly and helpful. The Manager Keona is very helpful and goes above and beyond to help her tenants. Since Village Creek has came under new management there has been many improvements and upgrades to the property and it really shows. Overall this is the nicest apartment complex in Commerce and staff responds pretty good and fairly fast to concerns. I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone!
