I have lived at these apartments for a few months now and have been very pleased with the community staff. All of the ma. All of the maintenance request have been completed quickly and of high quality. I appreciate how friendly and helpful everyone is while we are getting settled in our new home. The only downside is the lack of parking spaces available near our apartment.
Our doors are now open for in-person & self-guided tours, whether you walk-in or make an appointment. Additionally, virtual tours are still available online for your convenience. Love where you live! I've lived at Briar Cover since April of 2018, Lauren and Meloney are fantastic apartment managers, and the maintenance men are awesome as well.
If I ever have a problem, or a concern Lauren is on top it. She's so helpful and extremely nice and does what ever she can to make the tenants happy. I live in a 3 bedroom, it's so spacious and there is a lot of upgrades which is a nice touch. Everyone is super friendly that I've come in contact with,I've never had any problems with disturbances. Thank u guys for being awesome!!❤️

So far in the 8 months I’ve lived in these apartments i have had nothing but good things to say, the management is better than any I’ve ever seen or known, they treat you like family and try to take care of every need in the best and fastest way they can. The maintenance people are good at what they do, they actually know how to do their job. And the overall atmosphere of the apartment complex is outstanding, I’m a single mom with a 1 year old and i actually feel safe in my own apartment. Since the new management took over, there have been new renovations that really make the place look great. The management is really nice and the assistant is always accommodating. Any time we have ever needed anything, the lady has always helped us in a timely manner. It’s a nice place to live. I definitely recommend it if you are looking for an affordable, nice, clean place to live!
