It all started as a dream between two brothers that, with the help of their father George Hough became a reality. A lot has changed in the last 20 years, but our philosophy has remains the same "Provide 1st class customer service, honesty, and satisfaction every visit." Through years of dedication and hard work the Hough brothers have grown the business from a 3 bay garage, to the 12 bay full service center that you see today.
I found this place by word of mouth which is the best advertising a business can have. I wasn't disappointed. These men were efficient, honest, sensitive to my needs, and they have reasonable prices. As I waited for my repair work to be finished, I had the opportunity to observe their interactions with a number of their clients.
When your vehicle cannot be started or safely driven, it will be towed without charge to a destination of your choice up to five miles from the point of breakdown for Classic members and up to 100 miles for Plus and Plus RV members. With AAA Premier, you can use one 24-Hour Emergency Road Service call per cardholder per membership year for a tow of up to 200 miles, and the remaining three service calls for tows of up to 100 miles.
The serpentine belt tensioner applies pressure to the serpentine belt, maintaining optimal tension to drive the accessories like the alternator and A/C compressor. The service life of the belt tensioner is the same as the belt itself, so they should. Your serpentine belt drives essential engine accessories like your alternator, air conditioning compressor, and power steering.

After starting going to Kennesaw Auto which was several years, they are the only place I will take my car, it is the most honest and fair auto repair service garage I have ever been to and I would never take my car anywhere else. The mechanics are friendly and very helpful!

Our Honda had some funky issues with the power steering system. After discussing with them the issues and dropping our car off, The team was nothing but communicative, they insured we knew as much as we could about it in the issue, and what I can watch for in the future or possibly too should we see the issue again.

But I definitely have to add customer service. My mother and the company she has worked with for 10+ years has been using Kennesaw auto for a very long time. So of course she told me about them and I have been coming here for a while now myself and I can’t express enough how the customer service is unmatched both in auto but also in general. They are always polite, explain everything to me in terms I can understand, and advise me if there is something extra I should consider doing- and why. Absolutely phenomenal service! I dropped my car off and they even gave me a ride to the rental car place. My son was super excited to ride in the courtesy shuttle, the man who drove us there kept my son entertained and engaged in conversation (which is hard since he has autism!). So I really appreciated that. My car was ready in one day, they communicated with me throughout the process, were very transparent about what my car needed and did an overall amazing job. I would definitely go to them again!

I started using this group of mechanics when they were on Dallas Acworth HWY near my sons house. Super friendly and honest. They fixed the issue. Couple years I go but there for a different issue and found out they were bought out by another company and they found not fix my issue. I asked where the other people moved to and they told me Kennesaw. I search out to find them and discussed the issue. He was not 100% sure what the issue was . He could fix what he thought it was but then it could turn out to be something else. Long story short I had the car about 3 more years and never had the work

I have been using Napa Kennesaw Auto center for years and they always give great and friendly service. Every time i have come in they have done my emissions while i waited. I had an older jeep that i would bring in before and other companies could never connect the plug to the jeep for some reason but at Napa they were always quick in and out. Ive told other people about this shop and they use them also. Thank you guys for making life easy.

This was a crazy electronic issue with lights flashing, the truck not registering being in park and the radio not turning off even with the key out. They found the wiring problem within 24 hours for a very reasonable price. This was my first visit here but with 5 cars, will no doubt not be the last. Many thanks guys!

Entire family has been going here for decades!
An honest family shop that doesn't try to up sell you. They are so honest in fact that one time my car was needing thousands in repair and they told me it would be better to cut my losses and sell the car. My repairs here have always been quality work, and I recommend this shop to anyone! They have worked on my families Bmw's, Infiniti's, and Toyota's!

This auto center is fantastic! We've been going here for the last four years and I can say the guys are honest and kind. They take the time to explain the problems with the car and the options in fixing them. I've deal with bad car shops before and am so glad to have found this place where I've had no issues whatsoever. Cars are big investments and I want the insurance that who is working on mine will give it the best attention, best service, and best quality parts.

I have been going to these guys for EVERYTHING. Every single car I look at buying they have their eyes and hands on it first. If they say no I don't buy. I trust all the guys here. If I could give this company 100 stars I would. Talk about service, knowledge and respect. They have/give it all. I came to them frustrated about a previous experience with another auto repair company and they renewed my faith that everyone is not the same. Unbelievable. So thankful for the kind and hard working staff here . My car arrived at 10am today with the battery dead and broken terminal . By noon I was called and quoted 230$ for the total . The terminal my car requires is why it was 230$ . Jason was extremely informative and professional . He even offered to come get me if necessary. This is where we will continue to do our car maintenance.
Update .... was called back when car was done and Jason told me that the new total is 213.33. In an industry and society where so many would do what they can to call and tell you why it's MORE expensive

I love these guys. My family has been taking our cars here for as long as I can remember. I've only had to bring my cars here 1-2 times so far, but I've enjoyed the fast service and great personalities every time.
Most recently, my car's automatic transmission light AND check engine light came on. I tried taking it to a mechanic nearby Tuesday morning and they said they'd get back to me in a "few days." I called them Thursday afternoon and they said they wouldn't even look at my car until the next day or Monday! I brought it to Kennesaw Auto Center overnight

Have used these guys repeatedly for years with a AAA discount but they have really let us down now. Dealer recommended a repair that we needed so we took it to Kennesaw for a more reasonable price. They stated that they completed the work but car was still making the noise. Took the car back to the dealer who said that the needed repair had not been done. Don't know what Kennesaw did for my $250. Also- lately their "discounted" prices are at least $50 higher than everyone else just for labor costs alone.

Although very pleasant to speak with, I won't be using them again. I took my car in for some diagnostic work and I had to pay $115 for them to check the charge and freon of the air conditioner. After they found nothing wrong with either of those items they called to tell me it would be $291 for them to continue to see if they could find out what was wrong with the air conditioner, and they didn't know if they'd have to charge labor to put it back together. I don't mind paying to have my vehicle repaired, but charge me to repair it not to do your job of finding out what is

Seems like a trustworthy mechanic, which can be hard to find. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
My brake pads were squeaking. I took my car to another mechanic that told me my calipers were bad, so I took my car here for a second opinion, and they looked carefully at the exact same caliper that the other mechanic said was bad, and let me know that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it.
Basically, this mechanic saved me from being taken for a ride by another mechanic. They did my pads the same day, and threw in a tire rotation for no

I really like this place. So far (luckily), I've only had to take our cars in for routine check-ups. With that in mind, I've always found their prices to be fair, their service to be excellent, and I don't feel that I've ever been upsold on unnecessary services. In fact, the last servicing I got on my car there (30,000), the technician said that it was in great shape and nothing needed to be done outside of what the 30,000 mile tune up consisted of.
In the end, I know that places like Jiffy Lube and Express are cheaper (and faster), but I personally feel that leaving this place

Awful experience. I was dropped off after my car being towed since it wouldn't start The minute I walked in, the man at the desk was unkind and uninterested. He let me know after doing a check that I needed a new battery and a new serpentine belt. The new battery would cost $90 plus $50 for labor to install it. WOW that's a RIP OFF. As far as the serpentine belt, this trick has been attempted on me before. They assume I don't know what a serpentine belt is (like any repair shop does) and tries to throw that in there for $160.
