Loved the atmosphere wait staff really friendly and attentive food was great and plentiful good wine selection need to up there bourbon game.I had the calamari marinara the wife had the chicken franchises both outstanding will return when back in rockland,born and raised NYC/Rockland now living in SW Virginia stiil really miss the food

The service here is just amazing, every time. A great staple; dependable amazing and consistently delicious food in Rockland. We had the stuffed artichoke which was bread crumby and parmy and white wine butter just the way you like it, and linguini w white clams, a shrimp ensemble marechiara white wine dish, and their tiramisu is great. I make this myself and I did love theres (i only use more alcohol :)) but then I detected the anissete in the lovely pistachio crumb cake had so we got the extra liquer in either way! Delicious! Mario is a great host always has been, thanks for the always awesome

Food was just ok and service was pretty much missing altogether. The veal parm came out with cheese so burnt it was black. The fried calamari had no seasoning. The eggplant parm was tasteless and full of seeds. They don’t keep your drinks full and you have to ask 5x to get a refill. They should just do counter service and have you pick your own food up at a window because that would be far better service then what we received.

MARIO AND HIS STAFF CAN'T DO ENOUGH FOR ME AND MY BEST FRIEND, THE FOOD WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD AND THE SERVICES COULDN'T DO ENOUGH TO MAKE OUR VISIT AT PASTA CUCINA WONDERFUL I WILL MAKE ANOTHER VISIT REAL SOON, IF YOU HAVEN'T MAKE A VISIT TO PASTA CUCINA YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY THE FOOD AND SERVICE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. Friendly courteous and excellent service. Today was our first visit to Pasta Cucina and had a wonderful and memorable experience. The food is just divine and presentation is first-class with a beautiful sweet fragrance orchid with dinner. The stuffed mushrooms with crabmeat was one of the best we ever ate..... Dinner was amazing and portions are great ...highly recommend this place❤️❤️🍷🍷

I had not been here in years and always loved the Suffern location. So decided to make the trip over there. The food was good and the service was great. I got my favorite Tortellini Cucina - it was delicious and just like I remembered. The only thing I can say that could have been better is the amount of shrimp in the dish. There were literally 3 small shrimp in my giant plate of pasta. Could do better there.

We dined here last night. The service Hector gave us was second to none. The food was absolutely delicious. The Owner Mario takes great pride in his family owned business and it shows. This place will surely be in our regular rotation of eating out locally. We are even planning to have them cater our grand opening of our new car dealership soon. Thank you to all the staff who made our meal so enjoyable. If we could give then more than 5 stars we would.

Had lunch recently. First time here. When I go to an Italian fare restaurant I order the chicken cutlet Parmesan. If they get that right they should be okay.
Wow! This was disappointing. At 18 bucks to get a frozen machine made party and for the cheese on top to be sliced cheese was disappointing at best. It wasn't even melted enough that you couldn't tell it was sliced mozzarella! See picture. The sauce tasted canned. The pasta was cooked right and texture was good but so much was not right with the meal. Wine was pricey. Bottle of apothic red, which I can buy for 7.99 was 31

Our family and friends love this place. Always dependable and consistent. The wait staff is fun.
Try the Italian nachos to start. Their salad served family style is delicious, one if the best around. My favorite main course is either veal parmigiana or veal saltimboca. Wow! The truth is everything they serve is really good.

We've been here before and it never disappoints.
Comfortable setting (don't let it being in a shopping mall fool you, that just means easy parking) and a easy breezy open dining room.
OUTSTANDING wait staff.
Unbelievably delicious apps and a fantastic black board that's filled with their incredible specials.

Had dinner last night here with my wife and 2 friends. We always went to Pasta Cucina in New City and then it closed many years ago. This is the 1st time I had dinner here. It was like going back in time. The food was wonderful and so was Mario and his staff. We all enjoyed our meals from the salad to the entrees. I ordered the "Country Style Chicken" which I always loved at the original Pasta Cucina. Other restaurants had similar dishes like that but never as good. Mario's country style chicken is now my new/old favorite. Mario & staff you will be seeing a lot of us from

I've been coming to Pasta Cucina since I was a child...Suffern and New City locations. Our server, Eddie was quite attentive and made sure we enjoyed our dining experience. Tried the scallop risotto today and it was one of the best choices I've made...IN MY LIFE..like whole ENTIRE life..so good! Looking forward to their take-out specials to save myself from having to cook on occassion. Owner, Mario was very hospitable.

Went here on a Saturday night... Was crowded, all seats were full... Had to wait a few mins to get a table....Excellent service.... The food was so good!!!! The bruschetta was excellent!! Will definitely be coming back in the near future.... This was my first time here and it was a great time!! Will also recommend this restaurant to family and friends!!

Don't judge a book by its cover! Located in a strip mall, this place surprises once you walk thru the door. Very Italian family restaurant feel with very friendly and attentive service. The food was excellent with my wife trying the chicken Parmesan and me the veal saltimbocca. The meats were very tender and the sauces very flavorful. The minestrone and pasta fagioli soups were hearty and delicious as was the bread pudding fro dessert. Was only in town for two days or we would have surely returned.

This was my first visit here in years. They offer a "Take out" special on Monday & Tuesdays. You get a choice of Chicken Parm., Francese , Marsala, or Penne ala vodka. It comes with a loaf of fresh bread and a big salad all for $25. This was enough for 4 generous servings. I got the penne for my parents and took a little taste. LOL It tasted really good and I am very fussy when it comes to Vodka sauce. The gentlemen (Hector) that waited on me was very friendly.
It looked really nice and clean inside so I will be sure to stop back again and dine in next time.
