My son has been attending Karate of The Woodlands for a few years now and have been very pleased/impressed with Mr. Prieto and Mrs. Kathy. This isn’t the first facility my son has taken karate at before, but my son has most definitely improved everything by attending here. I promise you won’t regret signing up. Definitely 5 🌟

Our experience with this martial arts studio has been amazing. This place teaches our children so much more than martial arts! The instructors talk to the students about how to be safe, how to react when being bullied, nutrition, helping parents, encourages them to be role models, good citizens and good students, among so many other invaluable lessons. Our son has been attending classes for a while and my daughter recently joined and already learned some self-defense moves that every girl / woman should now. I have two children since 2017 and I am very satisfied with the discipline and teachings of the club. It is not only learning for the children but also for the parents. Mr. Prieto, Kathy and all the staff are very responsible and friendly in their services. I feel very grateful to be part of this group.

It’s hard to find anything wrong with this place even if you are trying. Everyone in the office is extremely nice and welcoming. The instructors Mr. Prieto and Mr. Jameson are incredible. The way they work with your kids is a blessing. If you are looking for an activity for your child to learn discipline, respect and self defense you would be passing up the best opportunity if you didn’t choose this place. Just in the year that my kid has been here his self confidence has skyrocketed. If there were more stars these guys would get it!

I started Karate here when I was 7 as just a means of exercise, but it developed into a hobby and a love of mine. Mr. Prieto and Mr. Austin are extremely knowledgeable instructors and have a great sense of humor. They inspired me to push myself and I became a second degree black belt. Learning karate at a young age has taught me a lot about respect and self confidence that assisted me through my own personal growth. I’m so glad that I was able to grow up and build many friendships through this program.

This is a GREAT studio! My son loves it here. He has gained self confidence, has great self esteem and has gotten stronger physically and mentally. Mr. Prieto is a one of a kind instructor with amazing calmness, control, and patience, especially with the youngest kiddos. Ages start 3 1/2 and go through adult ages. Wonderful for kids!!!! Can not say enough about this studio. They really care about you and your children. Within a year, they have become family to my family and me. Give them try, you won't be disappointed!

Exceptional!!!! Mr. Prieto (Head Instructor/Teach/Mentor) and Staff are superb. My son came to this school in April 2013. We had bad experiences from previous schools. It was Mr. Prieto and staff that placed the desire back into my son to enthusiastically desire to pursue martial arts again. I owe everything to Karate of the Woodlands Inc. for giving my son a new outlook on Karate. He has a deep love for it more than before. It is due to his love for Mr. Prieto. He is the ultimate instructor there is. His self esteem, confidence, morals, behavior, respect for others, and integrity has improved
