We are professional Christian counselors who are dedicated to providing compassionate services to people seeking emotional support, relationship skills, or mental health counseling. Our mission is to accept and love all people, meet them where they are, and respect their culture and faith traditions or spiritual perspectives.
We also provide unbiased professional counseling services to clients who do not desire to incorporate religion into their therapy experience. As former therapists with Ephesians Life Ministries, we carry on the original organization's traditions in our private practices. We continue to offer holistic, faith-based therapy as well as professional counseling services from our offices in College Park and Bethesda, Maryland.

My counseling approach is based on an eclectic model and is primarily influenced by my Christian walk with my savior Jesus Christ, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy. During therapy we will work together to assess where you are experiencing difficulties and what goals you have for therapy.
We provide psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups. Our clients are male and female, all ages (children 6 - 12, teens, and adults, seniors), and represent many ethnic groups and faith traditions. While we are Christians, we include a faith component in the therapy process only to the extent that the client requests or is open to it.
