We all have the potential to create a rich and fulfilling life. I have been in practice for over thirty years. I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, children, and families.

I provide seminars, keynotes, and trainings to groups and workplaces to help their leaders, individuals, and teams to not only survive working in this chaotic, busy world, but to thrive. People in organizations, agencies, schools, and businesses today are continually bombarded by a stream of pressing demands, tasks, and communications.
I provide presentations, workshops, and trainings to parents and teachers of preschool and elementary school-aged children.
