Bruce and his team provide amazing customer service, and always knock it out of the park with our company's custom merchandise. My experience with Kong could not have been better. From my first contact with Ryan to the first wash of my new favorite shirts, Kong has been wonderful. To put it simply, if you go anywhere else, you're doing it wrong. Kong's highly responsive and helpful team made my experience more than enjoyable. Their fair pricing and excellent product have created yet another return customer. I cannot wait till I can go back to Kong and have more items created for my business. Thank you guys and gals!

The best shop in Austin, and it's not even close! After several frustrating experiences with big-name printers around town, we stumbled onto Kong due to its proximity to our offices, and we could not have been more fortunate to find them.
Ryan was especially helpful, and took the time to understand our needs as a client, and went above and beyond in explaining the process, and offering to solutions to some of our unique challenges. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and absolutely exceeded expectations; and now for the rest of my life, I only want to buy t-shirts from him.

After a bad experience with another screen printing outfit here in town, I was pleasantly surprised at how painless and enjoyable it was to work with Ryan and his team. The products came out terrific. In addition to shirts we had them make stickers. They came in printed incorrectly and I immediately received a call, a profuse apology, and in less than 24 hours they had the problem completely remedied. This company is worth it for just the peace of mind let alone they great products.

We aren't even local, and we now use Kong for all out screen printing. Wendy is so helpful with choices and makes sure that everything is just right. She leads us to high quality shirts that aren't too expensive, and the screen printing NEVER wears--I mean at all! I've washed my shirt hundreds of times, and it looks like the day I got it.

Our company recently ordered embroidered polos/cardigans and printed T-shirts. Kong has excellent designers and customer service. They are very responsive and helpful. They made wonderful recommendations regarding which polos/cardigans/T-shirts to order based on a wide variety of requests.There was a tiny snag with placement of our logo and they made it right. Everyone loves the final product. This company has a lot of integrity and is committed to quality service. I will use them for all my printing needs.
