Our synthetic blend oil change service includes up to five quarts of oil, a brand new filter, and a courtesy 21 point vehicle inspection - we can even throw in a tire rotation for you upon request.

This is $180 per axle (for most vehicles) and includes new pads, new rotors, a 21 point inspection, and tire rotation on request.

Although they were very busy, they assessed my car, ordered the part, and did the repair all on the same day. I was given an exact quote upfront, and it was exactly what I expected it to be. They did a repair on my BMW and it is running like new. Everyone seemed happy to be there and good at their jobs. It was a comfortable and prompt and honest experience. I highly recommend!

#Therusticwrench gets five stars I dealt with Dawn who provides spectacular customer service. She could own the company or just work at the front desk she made me feel welcome made me feel like somebody was going to take care of my car completely and that I was in great hands. Additionally the cars owned by a Marine So here's to the their anniversary today. When I got into my car I noticed there was oil on some of my interior from the tech I called the office and they had a detail company come out to my house. This is what Customer Service is all about and why I'll go out to them again

I had a bit of a long, drawn-out repair experience with The Rustic Wrench, but in the end they made it all good and I am happy with my experience. I had a large front-end repair, and they did a great job and were right at the original estimate - that alone is impressive!
The only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars (sorry to be the first one 😠) is that I had some unusual issues (most of them not in their control) that required multiple trips/drop offs at the shop (and time off work) in order to get everything finished - but like I said, in the end they made it right, and the work is quality

These guys were the best priced shop I could find for a big job. I was worried because the name of the shop makes it seem like it specializes in old American classic cars. But when I got there, there was Audi, Mercedes, and Japanese cars. The shop was big, clean, professional equipment, and you can see all the cars being worked on from the lobby. So these guys were not hiding anything. I was feeling better about leaving my BMW. They finished it same day and the job was perfect. My car is 21 years old with 453.5k miles on it. So taking it apart can easily break something else, but the mechanic

I've been meaning to get a review written for the rustic wrench but time slipped by. Just before the Covid lockdown, we had taken our daughter's 02 Buick LeSabre for some repairs. It was leaking fluid. I bought it for my daughter a year prior. She's 15, and it was a perfect car for her age - ugly, not real fast, but safe. Anyway Beggars can't be choosers. But that's not why I'm writing this review.

First time visit for a routine oil change today. No waiting at all since I had made an appointment ahead of time. They got my car right in. The showed me that I might want to consider changing my air filters, and I decided to take care of that on my own. They offer a free tire rotation, however they told me my best tires were already on the front and didn't recommend that we rotate them today. Also let me know my remaining brake pad levels.

Extremely friendly staff from the moment you walk in. They love yelp and have a coupon on here just to get you started. They have some great coffee choices, free wifi and complementary chapstick (WHAT??)...

This. Is my mechanic. Yep. Tried the national chains...tried local chains...yeah. I will do a proper review later. For now...know I recommend them above anyone in the valley when it comes to integrity, transparency in billing, and more. All shops can learn from Thomas and his crew...They are the first business I wear their clothes!!
