Moved in to coach house back in July and have loved it since. Plenty of parking all the other residence we have interacted with are extremely kind. The staff is amazing always let us know ahead of time if work is being done on the building. They are extremely friendly and always try to do everything they can to make sure the residents are very happy.

The stank in the gym is awful. It clearly needs new carpet, proper air ventilation, and a high powered industrial air purifier. Gross and disgusting!! Also they don’t seem to care about abandoned vehicles in the parking lot. One gold colored car looks like it was dropped off after being pulled deep out of the woods. Expired registration, no coach house parking sticker, just sitting there like a rotting eye soar without having moved in weeks. It makes you question the safety of this place!! Further, be prepared to drop money for lamps so you can see. There are plenty of light switches, but no

My roommates and I moved here in May, and Helen was so nice and helpful with the whole process. Joe the maintenance man is so friendly and does a great job. Any issue we have had he has been able to come in and get the job done quickly, barely even knew he was there. We like it here so far.

Overall, I’ve had a pretty positive experience here at Coach House Apartments. The location is great and I walk to the library and local stores and restaurants all the time. It’s incredibly clean and well-maintained and all staff members are nice and professional. I love that they allow large dogs and that it’s a very pet-friendly community in general. It makes me and my dog feel so welcome. Just renewed my lease for year two!

I live here with two others. Couldn’t be happier that we found a pet friendly complex the way that it is. That was so important to us. We love this place and couldn’t feel more relaxed. The maintenance staff are absolutely wonderful too!! Planning on staying for quite some time.

I'm currently a resident in the largest of coach house's buildings on Boston Rd in Chelmsford. This is the first time in my life, which includes about a decade now as an apartment tenant/renter, that I am choosing to stay a second year at a place I have rented. There are several reasons, including the unbeatable location which is surrounded by dozens of parks in walking distance, and the new and beautiful bike trail that stretches from Lowell through Chelmsford and down to Acton (with more already being built into Concord), as well as Coach House's dog owner amenities and the many other dog friendly

After being a good tenant (i.e. always paid my rent - 95% on time (one late in 15 months), never made too much noise/or received complaints, always compliant to their rules, dealt with various issues including a gas leak and no heat, and left apartment cleaned and in better condition than received (you get the point)), I was told they were going to take action against me because I didn't notify them I was not renewing my lease and that I would need to pay anothers month rent. After providing documentation showing them I did notify them via a letter nearly 60 days prior, they stated they never

They discriminate against disabled people. They want all sorts of documentation to allow a service dog to be around without grief. My friend has lived here for awhile. She's been dealing with water pouring in her bathroom and mold since moving in. She has been super sick. Her kids have been super sick. The property management lied about fixing it. Denied my friend the ability to be there when fixing it. Threatened to take legal action if she attempted to be there. Finally had to get the the health inspector involved for them to do anything and they appeared to pay the inspector off based on

I wouldn't even give 1 star but had to to post this review. Coach house management are incompetent and absolutely useless at their job. After handing in (in writing) the early termination of our lease in February 2019 (our lease ends September 2019) because we were moving to California we have been charged a penalty. New management claim our documents were not transferred over. Addition to that, we live in California now, and considering the old manager wished us good luck with our move I think that and a letter is valid enough not to be charged a months rent penalty. Alongside this the new

Take a minute to look at the last three people who gave five star reviews. They are not tenants. They are employed by the property management company to inflate the rating. LinkedIn will quickly confirm that.
I don’t have time or energy to tell you how mistreated we have been by these apartments. Our heat didn’t work through the coldest winter New… England has seen in a hundred years. We tried amicably to resolve the issue and they refuse to compromise. They gave us illegal space heaters which we couldn’t use because they posed a risk to my daughters when they heat up.

I moved to 44 Boston Rd in March 2016. It is my first time renting and the property manager and assistant have been very excellent/helpful! Lisa has been so pleasant helpful and available for whatever I needed. She is a great person to have as the first person you encounter in the office. I cant say enough! I have had some minor issues with my place (missing wand for blinds, hot water isn't hot enough) but resolved as quickly as possible my unit is update not expensively but its ok.

I lived in 70 Boston Road. This place is a joke. I came home late at 10:30 pm and I couldn't find a parking spot. Seriously? They don't even have enough parking space for all the resident living here?! Car without handy cap park in handy cap lot, nobody care; parking in no parking area, even for couple days, nobody care. It make me feel the management in parking is really just a joke.
And the pool, the pool in 70 Boston Road building was really really noisy during summer, because there is a water filter for the poor build inside the circle of the building without any cover, and it is

I have been living there for at least 6 years.
The first management was fine by me. I had no personal issue with Dan. And the rent stayed the same for years. I was enjoying living there back then.
After the current management took over, things got worse. Rent went up each year. When I renewed my lease last year in 2014, it went up by $100+.
Last time my friend was out of town, and I had his dog in my apartment for a couple days. When the manager saw the dog, she tried to have me register the dog with her and charge me monthly fee.
And I have issue with snow plowing team. They ask people to dig

I have a friend who moved into these apartments and although promised, new appliances have not shown up. The apartment has been and still is without working air conditioning. The temperature has been 90+ for days at a time, you can hardly breathe in her apartment! They were later than promised in letting her move in. Although she gave them the additional time to get her apartment ready, she still does not have working appliances. I would recommend not trusting these people.
