Mike, the manager of this property is everything that is wrong with this place. He was mean and sarcastic, overall unprofessional. He would argue with his tenants, and would not make sure the sidewalks were shoveled even for the elderly.
Our apartment flooded, mold was in the closet, sometimes the heater wouldn't work, and the ceiling would leak in the bathroom. All they would do was bandage the problems. Avoid at all costs.
