This used to be an ideal place to live many years ago when it was owed by different people. The new owners hike the price every year and make them even higher if you get something repaired. That is not even the bad part, they have been getting tenants off the streets and recently, these tenants are harassing other tenants and Pine Property policy is "The victim is on their own and Pine Properties will not intervene" They have too many properties to maintain to try and help a victim being victimized in their complexes. Guess green bills is all they care about...

Pine properties, Middlesex Garden - terrible maintenance.
Do not want to give 1 star also.
This property allows Smoking (weed) indoors which seeps into other apartments and causes nausea and headache to kids and adults!
They allow pets even though they have a no pet policy inside apartments.
The washing machine breaks down time and again and they fix whenever they want, leaving the tenants hopeless and the machine takes more coins than intended!! Even after registering a ticket with them, they don't care.
Service, management in one word worst.
