I’m a young professional and I’ve been through the student housing thing before. I should have known that they would manage their “luxury” apartments just as they probably do with the kids in student housing, but I wrongfully gave them the benefit of the doubt. This company even makes you pay the water bill and I can tell you now, this place was not worth the collective 2 grand for a one bedroom, though new, was very cheaply and poorly done. They made a huge deal about how they worked on the brick, but they didn’t seal it, so you’ll probably choke on brick dust…asthma sufferers beware

Don’t rent from here if you travel at all during the winter months, they will tow your car if you’re not there to move it when it snows. They text you to move your car, pay your rent, and pay your water bill. When we rented here we were told that we couldn’t have our 10 year old pit bull. A few months later, there are four pit bulls in the building. You could walk your dogs around the building, now you can’t because they built a pen to walk your dog in. Our apartment had mice and they blew us off by saying that they sprayed for them , so we had to catch them ourselves. The elevator is always

Opened a maintenance request on Monday as my central ac is not working and it was then 82 in my apartment and now it’s 87. Yes my windows are open as much as I can as I do have small children. I have yet to hear on when someone is coming or even a call back. All I get is a text stating they will have someone follow up. It’s Wednesday now almost 1 pm. I left two voicemails yesterday and still no response. Horrible property management

I just recently tired to mediate a situation between a landlord and tenant so that they may receive their back rent in full for the benefit of both parties. I have been working with landlords within this community for 11 years. I have never dealt with such an UNPROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL UNTIL I SPOKE WITH JOEY from TMI. I am asking him for a release of information to have the tenant sign and he hung up in my face.

I'm going through the worst. After 5 years I've been taken to court for money I do not owe 2 times I have court papers to prove and my car gets towed from where I live from tmi worker Abe from Broadway reality that lives in the property and consistently harasses me. Leaves notes on my car and his DNA (spit) he is an elderly man living with his mom on the property. Only comes out early in the morning. Please contact me if anyone else is going through the same I'm building a case against this man. Tmi please fire him and find someone else to manage.
