I consulted with Kai because I had some issues with the attorney who prepared my trust. Kai listened, then answered all of my questions. He also let me know the trade offs among the options I was considering. At the end of the call, he made me realize that the situation was not as dire as I had feared. Really put my mind at ease. Wonderful experience.

I hired The Wessels Law Firm to handle an estate. Kai Wessels did a fantastic job and I am so grateful!! Kai is an honest, very straight forward, and responsible attorney. He will not sugar coat difficult conversations and will get to the truth. I felt well represented and he fought a battle for me that I wasn't strong enough to fight myself. The death of a family member is a devastating event to the surviving loved ones. Even when the estate duties run smoothly ( without legal assistance ) it's a heavy burden for one person to carry. Unfortunately, legal assistance was necessary for the estate

I called Wessels Law Firm in order to retain an estate attorney to complete documentation to close out an estate from Louisiana. He was a pleasure to talk to and work with and as a frazzled and highly frustrated person just trying to get this paper work completed he was wonderful to work with. He spent a good half hour explaining the documentation and referred me to a Notary Public without the need of having to retain his services. If you have questions or need advice on anything having to do with an estate I would indeed recommend him.
