When we look at our journey, we see the beauty that is woven from the hard work, the persistence and the passion that we use to operate our lives. It was passion that led Federico Venturini and his wife, Viola, from Gualdo Tadino, Italy, to team up with an Arizona business owner of 30 years, Phil Igneri, and launch what we see today as, Pizzicata.
The key, a superior blend of non-GMO wheat, rice and soy flours transformed by 80-90% hydration. How are those flours healthy? Rice Flour: absorbs water and is highly digestible along with being rich in calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium and magnesium. It's also, gluten free. 72 Hour Process: cold fermentation breaks down starches and glutens and makes Pinsa more digestible.
To provide great experience to everyone we are using The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, Level AA, and Level AAA). Pizzicata USA has chosen level AA as a target for our website and we are fully committed to monitoring our site to maintain this level of compliance.

Worst dinner we have had. Ordered take out. Caesar salad was chopped iceberg not romaine thrown in a styrofoam container with commercial bag croutons thrown on top. Ordered extra anchovies and there none at all- $15 should be embarrassed!!!
Small pizzas were tough and over cooked . Ingredients almost totally missing. No sausage on mine. Small is really small 6-7 inches around.
Dominos and oreganos are both better with twice the size and half the price

I was amazed how bad the food was ! and they are still in business . I ordered Caesar salad. Aweful- chopped iceberg lettuce not romaine, commercially made croutons Yuk and commercial salad dressing. No parmesan cheese either grated or sliced. Paid extra for anchovies and there were NONE not even in the dressing . It was small and thrown together. They should be embarrassed to charge $15 for this garbage. Also got a small pizza for $12...beleive me it was small. maybe 7 inches in diameter. There were very few toppings ,crust was tough and overcooked around the edges. The pizza I selected was supposed

We liked it so much we came here two nights in a row. The "pizza" is amazing and less filling than a regular crust pizza so it makes your tummy so happy!! Service was great and outdoor patio is darling.
Order the super Tuscan wine, the meatballs and the margarita pizza and the molten chocolate cake. You will be so happy you did!

We discovered Pizzacata during our covid quarantine and it's become one of our favorites. My husband is dairy free and it's such a treat for him to be able to order a pinsa with vegan cheese. (He also loves your vegan mozzarella.). On this recent order, I was tempted by the fries and this is rare for me. Take-out fries are usually an exercise in remembering you shouldn't have ordered them. These fries were so amazing - handcut, seasoned and THEY WERE EVEN HOT. I haven't been able to tear myself away from the gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce to try a pinsa yet. The cannoli is fantastic

Such a enjoyable day I dropped off a friend of mine that lives in this area and she had a lot of good things to say about this pizzeria I Love pizza!!! And I must say the pizza was great!!! The bartender concocted us up a custom martini which was yummy as well we had the opportunity to speak with the owner who made it his business to see that we had everything we wanted and were satisfied!! Well the place was pretty empty at the time we were there but I'm told it gets really crowded so I was pleased we were able to duck the crowd Lol over all great food, great service great atmosphere....

The slowest service I’ve ever had. The rudest service I’ve ever had. Waited over an hour for our food before the waiter came over and told us that the microwave was broken and we couldn’t get our lasagna. We waited another 15 minutes for our food. The owner was called, with no results. The “manager” said she hoped we never came back. We were so excited about trying this restaurant because our second home is here as well as several of our friends. I guess this place doesn’t care about repeat business. I got the large Atomica: is kinda a flat bread style but thicker crust that's very light & buttery topped with onions, sausage & more great flavor!
When you get here, ask for Conner, he's terrific & knows his pizza..
Great feel restaurant, cozy, local & wonderful layout.

I generally try to stay as positive as possible with reviews, but sometimes just not fully possible. We were really looking forward to trying this place. We’d been next door and the patio area look really nice and inviting. The atmosphere was good. But the service fell far short

A little bit of a drive out of Scottsdale old town, but well worth the drive! The outdoor seating is beautiful. It is located in a small Spanish town with other shops and restaurants. We were glad we chose this place.
We shared the Cesar Salad and a large Margherita Pinsa. The dough was so good! It is a little bit thicker crust than the traditional Neapolitan thin crust pizza, however it really did not disappoint.
We recommend this place and would come back again.

We had guests over and ordered 2 pizzas. One veggie pizza with roasted eggplant and one meat pizza. I was already out and picked them up on my way home. We put them in the oven, made a salad and dinner was ready! It was an enjoyable meal and the eggplant was especially good.
All the pizza was gone by sunset so it's safe to say we enjoyed it.

Ah-mazing!!! WOW! We went on Valentine's night and this was our first visit. The food is phenomenal!!! We started with the Fried Calamari & Shrimp and it was cooked to perfection. The taste was light and flavorful and just plain old delicious! I had the pizza with buffalo mozzarella and prosciutto and OMG this did not disappoint. Surpassed my expectation with the taste and quality. My hubby had the pizza with the marinara, sausage and mushrooms and this just as delicious but I liked mine better :)

A huge shoutout to Jackson our server at Pizzicata!
My husband and I were walking around carefree shopping center and came across the Spanish village. After stopping at Pizzicata and peeking at the menu, an employee, Jackson came out to greet us, and ask if we had any questions. He described the menu items perfectly! After hearing how he described the pizza, we couldn't resist trying Pizzicata!
So happy we did! The crust was absolutely amazing, it's mostly gluten free, but taste 100% legit! Crispy, flavorful, and simply the best!

Beautiful location! Outstanding service. We were here for lunch yesterday and our waiter was amazing, since it was only 12:30 the bar tender was not in yet but the waiter said he could attempt to make the mulo italiano and it turned out fantastic. Now on to the most important part; the food, we ordered the delicata pizza to share and i wish we would have each ordered a large to have for my own thats how amazing this authentic Italian pizza was! We already cant wait to go back!!
