Making movement more accessible has always been one of the core principles here at Gilded Studio Pole Dance and Fitness. To help remove some of the financial barriers that would otherwise block access to personal training and pole dance classes, we offer a sliding scale pricing structure for folks with a financial need, especially those with marginalized identities.
Recommended experience: No prior pole dance experience needed. Enhance your pole practice and explore new depths of flexibility, mobility, and mindfulness in this yoga class crafted specially for pole dancers of all levels. If you're looking to start your pole journey or hoping to get more comfortable with pole dance fundamentals, this class is the perfect place to start!
In this six week series you will get to explore the fun of spin pole while you learn a full length pole choreography. You will also have the option of showing off your new moves with your classmates in our November studio showcase. Recommended skills: A solid fire fighter spin and least 2 prior pole classes.
I tried out pole dancing here for the first time and can't recommend this place enough! The whole atmosphere is bright, welcoming, and super affirming. I'm usually nervous exercising in front of others, but I left class genuinely excited to come back! Work one-on-one with a personal trainer or pole instructor in our beautiful South End Boston studio.

I started doing online personal training with Jessica and it's been amazing! I'm disabled with many health issues and they were always able to tailor a workout for my needs. With great communication and flexibility for what I can accomplish, I've started to build up much needed strength and stamina. I feel better for days after a workout instead of getting injured like I have with other training facilities. My health is in good hands with Jessica and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I trained with Jessica for over two years. She absolutely changed not only my body but also my life! At age 40, she thought me how to integrate exercise into my life and how to appreciate the power of my body. She truly listens the needs of her clients, pays full attention to the form, and educate her clients while training. The most I miss though is her lovely smile and our conversations.

I met Jessica (aka Jynx, the business owner) while taking workout classes in San Francisco. I enjoyed her fun and focused style so much that I began personal training. Jess has taught me SO much over the years. I am now in my 50's (gasp) and Jess has done an amazing job of working with some of my physical limitations while pushing me to work harder than I thought possible. She also helped my husband get back to his old self after hip and shoulder surgery. We both love Jess!

I absolutely LOVE Gilded! The space itself is beautiful (and conveniently located, yes), but the biggest asset is definitely Jess/Jynx's incredible knowledge and passion for fitness for -every- body.
The classes are both challenging and lots of fun. They have a deep understanding of the complexity of each individual's movement and ensures that they tailor their classes in such a way that the class is challenging for any level of fitness without being overwhelming.

I have been taking classes w Gilded for over a month now and I'm already seeing amazing results with my strength and mobility after three months of stagnation. The classes are super fun and also challenging where it's not the same workout routine over and over, every class I learn something new. The instructor also pays attention to individual care in their classes, as someone with hyper-mobility issues, this is key for me.

I started working with Jessica via her online zoom sessions about 4 weeks ago.
I have been working from home for 7 months, due Covid/ Shelter in Place. My normal workout routine had fallen by the wayside.
And my workstation was not set up ergonomically. Muscles atrophied a bit, especially my butt (glutes)!
My girlfriend Alex recommended Jessica to help save my butt.
Jessica has come up with fantastic exercises and stretches for my routine, which are producing results. She is great with communicating what is happening and why. She can see when my form is off and tells me how to correct it.
