Yesterday I had my first appointment at Body Mechanics with Veronica. It was a great experience. Very clean reception area, all the staff I encountered were extremely friendly and professional, and my appointment was very prompt. The way in which the office itself is run is excellent. I was already feeling very comfortable with everything before I’d even met the therapist.

Emanuel Gomez is great. I've been having catastrophic lower back and hip pain for years. I've been to several massage therapist all over NYC, NY state, and surrounding states to try and address it before succumbing to surgery. Before meeting Emanuel I was worked on by two other massage therapist at this location, who were both great but temporarily alleviated my pain. Third time's a charm. I explained thoroughly what I've been dealing with over the years with my lower back and the various misdiagnosises I've been given. Emanuel thoughtfully researched it and experimented on how to treat the issue

I am not someone who gets massages ordinarily, but my physical therapist recommended Body Mechanics for a medical massage. OMG - the massage I had with Crystal yesterday was beyond amazing. She is very talented, knew exactly what I needed after we discussed my body's issues, and made me feel 1000% better after just one session. Plus, she's such an interesting, intelligent person to talk with - it felt like I'd known her for years. I'm signed up to go back and, no doubt, will often. The best!

I’ve been visiting Gerry for several months and my experience with him has been great. I have a lot of random aches and pains in my body due to mixing a desk job with lots of running/climbing, and Gerry seems to always know what my body needs to feel better. He also gives me a lot of useful tips for things to do at home!

I have chronic pain for about nine months. For the last two months I have been seeing Beret with great results. It’s a different level of massage. Orthopedic, tender treatment that gets to the roots of your issues. They know what they are doing here. The office is beautiful and inviting with a lovely staff as well.

What a fascinating and delightful offering of well trained and diverse skills offered through a group of masseuses. I chose Yvonne my for specific issues and was substantially… relieved after the first visit! I dare say pretty much pain free. I now go periodically to maintain this much appreciated comfort.
