He has designed thousands of foundations and structures in the State of Texas (both residential and commercial) over the last 35 years. He follows all of the Engineering guidelines established by the Board of Professional Engineers. His teaching experience includes: The University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) and Southern Methodist University.

Virtually every structure, regardless of size, requires geotechnical investigation to determine and evaluate subsurface conditions unique to each site. Samples of the site's soil are taken and analyzed in a laboratory. The data gathered is then used to aid in the design and construction phases. Nick came out to do a foundation inspection but we don’t really feel like we got any value out of it. He didn’t really listen to what we were trying to say and didn’t really explain to us what was going on with the home. He was in and out very quickly. I recommend hiring another company if you are looking to have a foundation inspection and want someone to actually go over everything with you.

Well, I had my home inspected by 3 foundation companies and they all suggested different things. I had Nick from Nick Manesh Engineering to perform an inspection. His experience is what caught me and i am glad after he inspected then i realized I don’t need anything and those companies were just suggesting to rip me off.

I've used Nick on multiple properties and have had a great experience with them. I go for knowledge, this is one of the most important puzzle pieces for my buyers and sellers and I have to make sure we have a reputable company. I had one engineer inspected 2 of my homes, and found no issues except couple of small cracks, then a friend recommended Nick Manesh Enginerring, so I gave it a shot, They found so many issues and that they needed immediate repairs. Thank god for his recommendations and now everything's back to normal. btw, sold one of the houses yaaayyyyy

Nick manesh claimed to be qualified to be a project manager for the rebuilding of a condominium community after hurricane harvey. He ended up charging 120,000 and didn't oversee anything other than the foundation work. he convinced the board that we needed 400,000 worth of foundation work.!.. owners knew they were being scammed, but it took months to go to court to remove the board. Nick manesh literally pretends he is an old man who is just doing a favor,,then takes as much money has he can get.. I will post litigation results when we receive them.
