Never in a million years would I ever imagine writing a review for a funeral home but my experience with Patrik and the Loudon Park Funeral Services were so memorable I just had to share. From the moment I met Patrik, he put me at ease. Losing a loved one is one of the hardest experiences one can go through in life. With care and sensitivity, Patrik explained the process of funeral preparation and took the time to walk me through all the options. I was extremely impressed with the process from beginning to end. George was very genuine and explained in detail, all of the necessary information. Of course, the availability to have the traditional " big send off" was slightly dampened by the current Covid Pandemic, but the staff made it an very memorable experience.

From day 1 until my dad’s burial a week later. The entire staff was absolutely amazing. I must send out a “shout out” to Patrik. He is the poster child for grace, attentiveness and professionalism. When I needed it, he made it happen. When I had no idea what was needed, He made that happen too. Is it possible to say that the staff at LP made the whole process almost enjoyable. Well done Folks!

This review is not about the cemetery itself, about which I know very little. It is for the Loudon Park Funeral Home, a separate entity on Loudon Park's property. The funeral home is outstanding. The staff there is highly professional and handled every single detail with ease and compassion. The services were seamless and every detail, every need, every concern was met with meticulous care. I can't say much about the cemetery -- I live out of town and was only there briefly. But the funeral home on the property is outstanding. Seriously, we could not have asked for more or better.
