Do you have a workers' compensation from more than five years ago? If so, you may be able to settle your claim for cash without your employer's signature if you are no longer employed there. I retained Taubman Law to represent me when I was the defendant in a civil suit. The lawsuit was baseless, at least when it came to the claims against me. Brian and Bruce Taubman represented me extremely well and for a very palatable price compared to the competition. I’m not sure I could have had better representation even for triple the cost. Brian and Bruce are both amazing at their jobs! They were very patient with all my questions, and confusion over some of the processes dealing with my accident. I signed a contract with Bruce to take my case privately because I was getting out of a class action suit on a Friday. He wanted me to mail letters to cancel my class action suit attorneys on that same Friday; however, I had a few questions which I never did get to ask because that following Sunday he decided to cancel on me. If I mailed his letters, I would have lost a large sum of money from my class action suit and been left with no attorney, very unprofessional.
