Have been a customer since 1995 and they have taken care of my dogs and cats for many years and now they are in charge of my one Siberian Husky that is almost 15 years old. They are very caring and I truly appreciate them even though they are very expensive and possibly don't have the latest equipment {x-ray, research, lab} I am sincerely confident in their services, suggestions, recomnendations, and support actions.

We were visiting Kerrville and had an emergency with our puppy. I called at 8:00 a.m. and, even though they already fully booked for the morning, they worked us in quickly. Everyone was friendly and professional. With Covid protocols, the vet came out to the car twice to talk with us. We are quite appreciative for their help. Happily, our puppy is fine.

These guys are absolutely amazing. We tried out multiple veterinarian clinics when we first moved to the hill country and it didn't take us long to find a our pets new vet clinic in Hoegemeyer. Their staff is extremely welcoming and all of our animals (except for one of our cats who is a bit of a punk) gets excited to see their friends when we pull up. I can't recommend these guys enough.

What a great bunch of people!! Everyone was so friendly and personable. That's on top of the great care they gave to sweet Rosie, the overzealous yellow lab. She's on the mend thanks to their caring methods. We had seen another vet in Boerne that slapped some cream on her sore foot pads and sent us on our merry way. It got worse and she was in pain, which is not part of her demeanor.
Now, in just a few days with proper attention and caring, she is getting very close to her normal crazy self.

Our chihuahua needed her annual checkup and vaccinations. Carol did a wonderful job coordinating our appointment, paperwork and billing while following good COVID protocol. The techs were caring picking up and delivering our dog in the parking lot. And best of all Dr. Jay was very thorough in his explanations of his findings and recommendations for her care. He was more thorough than the prior vet we had been to about her allergies, why she should have all the various vaccinations, and why she would “honk like a goose” when excited and how to manage that.
