A remote training session is just like working out with a personal trainer in our studio or attending fitness class in gym, but it's over live video. Movement project is group-based fitness that incorporates functional components including mobility, strength, balance, agility, and aerobic/anaerobic capacities.

Brandon and Greg have over 20 years of combined experience helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. Premier was built upon the dream of creating a place to empower people to achieve a healthier way of life. We specialize in Personal training, small group training, boot-camps and fitness classes all designed to help individuals achieve a balanced healthy life.
Our belief is that athletes at any level should have one fundamental similarity, the ability to move well. Flexibility and mobility are essential for an athlete to move well and to prevent injuries. Often times athletes and programs are guilty of building strength over dysfunction. This leads to injuries or chronic ramifications down the road.
Team Premier is a complete performance training program. You will get stronger, become more mobile all while increasing your performance. Every exercise is selected to have max carry over into sport and life. Our philosophy is rooted in science and evidence based training. Team PFS is a blend of power, strength, mobility, movement, and body weight strength and skill designed to make you the perfect hybrid athlete.
By choosing this option, you will have an initial one-hour video assessment and four custom workouts with Michael Kay. One week later you will have a 15-minute video check-in. From here, any questions regarding the exercises can be answered, and changes can be made if needed. At the end of four weeks, you will have a 30-minute re-assessment to program for the next four week period.
This plan is designed to be done 3 days a week. It should take about 30-45 mins w a focus on improving t-spine mobility and rotational power. Most athletes try to create rotation using an unstable base of support as well as rotate using the lumbar spine instead of the thoracic spine, putting sheering forces through the spine often causing injuries.

Amazing people & an amazing experience. brandon the owner has created an elite fitness studio with a more intuitive and progressive way to look at movement. words will not describe the experience adequately ~ i wish folks would just take a little time to go in for a free assessment and get their own feel. Beyond grateful to discover this personal fitness business. I've been working with one of the trainers for about 1 year now and started seeing great results within a few months. Yes it was hard work but well worth it. Feeling so much better and strongly recommend you check them out. The vibe in the gym gives off great motivation and surprisingly I look forward to my sessions there as I normally hate going to gyms.

I have struggled with personal fitness for many years. The trainers at Premier Fitness Systems have helped me change my life. They all work together to provide the best atmosphere and experience possible for their clients. Everything about Premier promotes success. I am always pushed to my limit, but never too hard since they are sensitive to my needs and reservations.
Because the studio is small, I am never intimidated or feel embarrassed or ashamed to be working out there. The trainers are helpful and very fun.
I cannot recommend Premier Fitness Systems highly enough. I am a new, better person

I have been training with Brandon and my wife, Laura has been training with Brandon and Greg for nearly 7 years. It has been an outstanding experience for both of us. I've been at Premier Fitness Systems for nearly a year now and at 44 years of age, I've never felt healthier. The team at Premier is second-to-none and create a relaxed and professional atmosphere where you can get results. I have lost over 20 pounds and have gone from a 36 inch waist to a 33 inch waste. With the help of Premier and my personal trainer, Ryne, I have also gotten my diet dialed in and added significant muscle mass, in addition to improved core strength and flexibility.
