Hunters' Manor, a luxury community of apartment homes, sets a new standard of living in Middleburg Heights. Hunters' Manor offers spacious floor plans with one, two and three bedroom garden apartments. Our reasonable rates will afford you a variety of choices when choosing one of our apartment homes, which range from 1,005 to 1,374 square feet.

Our community is set apart by its Georgian design. We feature three story buildings with private attached garages with remote opener. Each building was designed and placed to provide maximum exposure to the plush, landscaped lawns and recreation areas. This is a "pet friendly" community, and both dogs (weight and breed restrictions) and cats are welcome.

Office staff is very rude and give nothing but attitude when you have a complaint or concern about something, won’t address issues you bring to their attention and the cleaning lady has not been in my building in forever, dirty entryways and the machines on the wall to spray Help with odors has been empty for the last year, hallways smell awful

I have been living at Hunters Manor for many years, and cannot say enough good things about the complex and the staff! Love my apartment the skylight, fireplace, and all the amenities that are offered. Exercise facility provides all the necessary equipment, without the monthly fees and crowded gyms! The pool in the summer is never crowded and always clean, I know that everybody does a great job to maintain and keep all the grounds looking clean and neat! Office staff pleasant and helpful. Buildings are always nice and clean, but even when any incidents happens bringing something to the staff's

Your "team" is not there to help. You haven't had adequate or proper help in the leasing office since 2016 when Samantha left. Whenever we tried to complain about something or offer a suggestion, we were met with a snide attitude and dismissive comments. I have communicated most of my grievances with Hunter's Manor adequately, and according to friends still living at your complex, most of them have been left unaddressed. I believe the only reason you offer to "help" in response to a review is because people now have the option of informing prospective renters on sites like this one through reviews

Can’t wait to leave this . They advertise granite suites in some apartments that’s great and all but the ones that don’t have old very outdated white cabinets and counter tops. I would say they are original when they first were built. Lobby area of my building has broken tile and is never clean, same goes with the hallways of the building. The ladies in the office give attitude if you bring a complaint to them and they often go ignored. Maintenance sometimes takes for ever after you place a call and most of the time they are bandaid fixes. Only plus is the location, close to freeway, shopping

This apartment complex calls itself "luxury apartments." They are not. Pictures below were taken of what the pool looked like for almost all of summer, 2018. Leasing agents will show you the pool when you come to look at the apartments & it will be clean if you are there early in the summer. From late June on, it will be algae city. Maintenance only cleans the chairs & tables once a year at the beginning of the season. They don't even clean the concrete around the pool for the rest of the year, even if people drop food or spill drinks. The umbrellas will be up on all of the tables in the beginning

I have been living here from 6 months and apartments are great. We really liked the layouts and community as well .
First problem i have faced here when you get some maintenance issue they do not take care immediately,
second they have only one gym attached to leasing office. They closed gym in thanksgiving holidays.
There are people who like to go gym in holidays also and now they are keeping gym open in office hours from last 4 weeks. we are working people and we cant go gym in office hours.
when you ask them what's reason they provide reason they got some security lock issue.
i am wondering

Absolutely wonderful place to live. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only negative is need more people on maintenance team, sometimes takes days to get issue resolved yet they are so professional, upbeat, respectful and helpful. Truly enjoy neighbors, community, staff and surrounding area.

Would of gave it 5 stars, family loves the apartment and area, but GMC is the worst. My family member recently got laid off and there was an issue with unemployment pay, GMC would not work with them for 1 month of being behind. Pretty crappy they would rather throw a family on the streets then try and help after one month of being behind when things would of been straightened out the very next month. Pretty heartless company in my opinion.

Can't wait to get out of here. I should have seen the red flags when they tried getting us to commit to signing a lease without knowing what rent was going to be. I said there is no way I would sign with out that information and finally got an answer from a manager. As far as GMS management goes, the people over there are very nice over the phone, however the woman who works at the office here at Hunters Manor is literally the most rude woman I have ever spoken to. I believe her name is Aurora. No matter what I call about, whether its just a simple question about pool hours, she is VERY snotty
