I provide Gottman Method Couples Counseling to couples needing premarital and/or marriage counseling. This begins with a thorough, research-based assessment which clarifies the strengths and needs of each couple. With this information, I collaborate with clients to develop clear treatment goals and a treatment plan.

Despite having a solid friendship, our home was filled with lingering tension from past fights.
