I went to Southlake as a person that had never had a single therapy session.
I was nervous about what to expect, but I knew that I needed the time to speak!
My Therapist Kayla was absolutely professional and I immediately felt comfortable and this was a place where I could speak freely without judgement!
I scheduled my 2nd session before I left!

I consulted Southlake for the New Ways for Families to try to navigate co-parenting with an uncooperative spouse, as I researched this program as being the best. I was disappointed and appalled at how I was treated as a parent and how the proper steps of the program were not followed. I would not recommend this office for the New Ways program at all. Period. Very not supportive of parents. Would not even listen to my responses to teenage girls’ accusations. Very unprofessional in front of my children

We have been very pleased with Southlake Counseling services. We were referred to them by of number of others and have not been disappointed. If I were to say it one statement I would say that I finally felt heard, and sometimes this is all you need. The staff is warm, professional, compassionate, and makes you feel like someone is truly coming alongside you to help.
