I know someone who has lived here for six months and I've firsthand seen how awful this place is. They got a unit that was dirty and ended up covering both sides of a sheet of paper with issues they needed fixed. I was there helping and amazed at how poorly they prepped this unit. Hair and mold in the refrigerator, ants in the kitchen, greasy/dirty oven, a dirty, dingy, and scuffed up tub, wall outlet covers left in a drawer...I could go on and on.
They have two people who work in the leasing office and the odds of them answering the phone or having an answer to anything is a total toss up at

Ridge View Apartments overall is a nice place to live. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. The leasing office staff is nice and the maintenance staff is too. The apartments and sister property are spacious and overall it's a great place to live. Recently two of the tenants in my building have moved out. This normally results with unwanted pest finding their way to your home. Unfortunately that is the case with my unit. I have requested for an exterminator to come out to no avail. Clearly there was a issue being though I found make shift preventative measures. If the management staff solves the

I lived here for 3 years and it is one of the best places apartments i have stayed in. The management tended to all my issues and the property manager at that time, Christina was always very helpful. The community is also very clean. My apartment building had very mature people and this made my experience great. The only downside is that the insulation in my bedroom wasn't that great so the temperature was mostly unregulated.

Our move-in process was rough, HOWEVER Corey and Anthony made a terrible situation more bearable. Both gentlemen went out their way to make sure my husband and I had what we needed, from a few maintenance requests to actually settling in the apartment. They even came by our apartment on move-in day and brought us pizza. I can tell that they are trying to make this community more lively by connecting with the residents. If I have an issue, I know that either gentleman will go out their way to make the situation right even if it may be beyond their scope. Customer service A+!

Just moved in a couple of months ago. The place is a nice size for a two bedroom. The office staff its nice. The appearance of the buildings and grounds are horrible. It is so dirty in the hallways and outside of the apartments. My biggest fear was to move in a place with mice because of my last experience at the apartment I just came from. Two months in mice. The exterminator came out but maintenance has not yet to plug holes. The excuse it's that there is a limited staff. The complex should hire a cleaning crew and more maintenance people. It's a shame that the company is operating this way
