Worst apartments. No wonder why they are cheaper. They have bed bugs and rodent infestation and then they try to put it on the tenants. When you reach out to their office, they will NEVER help you with anything other than threatening you. Stay away from these apartments. The 5-star ratings are bogus posts from their employees.

Have lived here for 10 years already and also haven't ever had any issue with bedbugs, thank god. The management are nice and professional, they are on top of everything when pipes busted underground we were put into a nice place while they took care of and basically renovated our apartment, so new everything upon returning. It's nice and quiet here and peaceful. Especially love the huge closets enough to store all of our clothes ,even the clothes being saved for a smaller frame sometime lol, Anyways if your looking for a nice big floor plan apartment, this is the place for you.

Loaded with bedbugs. I hear the treatment should be done 3 times at 2 week levels. They are not. The tenants are being stood up and then it has to be rescheduled. Been more then a year for many of them to get the bed bug situated under control, not gone . The office will tell you they'll be there and then a no show. The tenants are asked to wash every stitch of clothing and put in dryer. Bag everything up and remove everything off walls. Pull all furniture away from wall. They are told to vacuum every day.The tenants do all this and then they just don't show up. Quite a hardship. These tenants

I have been living in fairlawn for almost 13yrs never had an issue with bedbugs I think it is a nice place and management is more then caring on a personal level when I lost my mom no one was home with me the manager came a held me until my husband got home cause my mom passed in her sleep at home with me I haven't had any issues when my pipes busted under ground they moved us out of that apartment and put us in a different one I can't say anything negative about fairlawn I am very happy there and have been for many years
